I replaced a battery for the iPhone e 14 and the service was good and quick. Took about 3 hours. I went home and went back to pick up.

Jake has been fantastic and helped us fix three phones to date. Each appointment was scheduled in advance and when we called Jake, he was always willing to take us earlier as long as the part was in stock. We've fixed two batteries and one phone screen using Asurion. The prepayment process was easy. Jake was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the repairs. They didn't have the battery I needed in stock in Scarsdale, so they called the Mount Cisco store who had it. I drove to the store and was treated very well and they replaced my battery in an hour. Great customer service! read more

I had to return to this place because they placed my screen protector for my samsung Galaxy flip 3 on 9/28/23. Paid over 85.00$ for the replacement. On 9/28, Jake did a nice job. There were no bubbles until 2 weeks ago. I contacted them about this issue and was advised to bring it back to replace it again. The person working today not only did a lousy job but left a bubble under the new screen. His excuse is that due to the phone being foldable, this will continue to happen. I would not recommend this place to deal with a foldable phone. The one in Scarsdale is just as bad as this one in Mount Kisco. read more

I would stay very far away from this location. I was told by Samsung to bring it to the Mt. Kisco location, which I did and got the run around. But what absolutely appalled me to no end was the fact that there was not a clear puncture mark on the screen that was not there prior to entering the store. My phone left my sight only once when a young guy brought my phone into the back to speak to another worker. So I can't prove who punctured my phone screen, but I'm so upset that any company would participate in such an awful act. The phone was a Christmas gift to my sister and it stopped working, and was still under warranty and could have easily been repaired. From the moment I called the store I was told that I would probably have to pay out of pocket for the screen which would cost me $419. Even though I mentioned that Samsung told me to go there and to have then look up my information. When I was in the store, again I was told that its probably not covered and that I would have to go back to where I purchased it before they even bothered to look the information up. All of this is very suspect to me and points to very poor business practices and tantamount to criminal fraud. I have ever intentions of following up with Samsung, but I would advise taking a picture of your property prior to handing it over to a stranger behind a counter at any repair shop and save yourself the heartache we're going through right now, and to you employee zero, SHAME ON YOU!!!! read more

I rarely leave reviews but I just had to because I received such helpful service from Kel and Den at uBreakiFix in Mount Kisco! I was initially very frustrated when the tech at the New Rochelle location informed me their machine was not working and they could not help like Samsung agent stated. I then had to go to the next closest location, which was far (Mt. Kisco) but I am glad I went there instead. I did not get the impression from the technician in New Rochelle that they were concerned about my issue or interested in helping. I do not believe I would have received the same customer service and tech support at that location. Between Kel and Den the support and service was helpful! I also spoke to Kevin and another gentleman (didn't catch his name).... really all the technicians I encountered were friendly and helpful. They were sympathetic with my concern and tried to reassure me without getting my hopes up, which I appreciated. I had an unusual issue cause a problem with a family member's Samsung phone and they tried everything to fix it and it worked!!! I truly believe another store might not have put forth as much effort and I appreciated it! Kel was very patient when I called to explain the issue and friendly when I came in. He also stayed later than expected to work on the issue and Kevin reached out to a tech that left for the day just to get me an update because of my concern, Den stepped in during Kel's absence to help with the complicated issue and was also very informative. They all seem to work really well as a team. I truly felt like they wanted to help with the phone problem even though it appeared very complicated. Den and Kel did their best to educate me on the software the device needed. They were all friendly, professional, informative and knowledgeable about the device and gave me as much information as possible when I asked questions. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the trip to go to the Mount Kisco location over the other locations, if you want the best possible service from great technicians! I drove 45-50 min to this location and I think it was worth it. Definitely go to this location with all your device needs! read more

Have never had such horrible service in my life. We dropped off a working iPad with a cracked screen. When we received the "repair" the home button was not attached and was floating under the screen. We dropped it off again and when it was returned for the second time, the new screen was no longer fully attached, the home button wasn't fixed and the iPad no longer works. They refuse to refund my money - I had to file a complaint with my CC company. BEWARE - THEY ARE A FRAUD. read more

My husband brought in my phone around 11am to have the back glass repaired. They told him it would take 3-4 hours max, so he got there at 4pm. At 5pm, I called and complain, because my husband will do nothing but wait (yeah, he's that way). Apparently, when they put the phone back together, they broke the sensor and it wasn't working. So I complained some more. Finally at 5:30, my husband was handed back the phone. If I hadn't called, my husband would be there until they closed waiting for the phone. Never again! read more

I drove an hour to get to their storefront [the closest shop that my Assurance insurance covered], who knew it would take 2-3 hours to replace the screen on my Note 8? Screen, battery, chrome edging ... for $249. Insurance meant I paid $29. Such a deal! With two hours before they closed and facing the prospect of making a return trip, I retreated to a local eatery.
