After signing, I discovered I had been placed on a plan I did not agree to, and my bill increased from $73 to $134. When I questioned the discrepancies, the employee became verbally aggressive and used profanity. I escalated the issue through T‑Mobile's regional management and Asset Protection, but no resolution was ever provided.Since then, I have experienced multiple public harassment incidents from this same employee, including one that resulted in a police report being filed. Another incident occurred recently at Walmart, where he confronted me again and made threatening statements. The responding officer was already familiar with him from prior incidents. I am posting this review to warn others to be cautious.
