I was looking to get a remote starter installed in my wife's car I work just up the street from Audio Phonics so I figured I would stop by on my lunch break when I pulled in I went into the store beside them first I came back out went up to the door it had a clothes sign on it I was looked in the window there were no lights on but no hours posted on the door so I turned around went back to my car unlocked it opened it sat down in it and someone comes and finally turns the sign to open nah sorry I'll go somewhere else read more

I had a compustar remote starter and drone mobile installed. All the features were not installed on first visit. I made a second trip to have the features added. 1.5 - 2 hours later I was told work completed. Upon checking the system nothing was fixed. They stated they would call tech support the following week and let me know next steps. I did not receive a return call. I had a Drone Mobile Unit Installed. I was very impressed with their installer. He knows what he is doing and he does it very well. Sam the owner, was very helpful in fulfilling all my requests concerning my remote starter/alarm system. The work was excellent, the people friendly, and the cost was fair. This place is very high priced. They are very rude as far as service is concerned which normally wouldn't bother me but when installing my radio they scuffed my interior badly. When I mentioned it to them they acted in a "it happens" sort of way and offered no assistance. read more

I have had autostarts in my last 5 or 6 cars and was always very pleased with them until now. I have had this one for 3 years and now the last 2 months the battery in the remote keeps going dead in a matter of one or 2 weeks, I call , they tell me to come up and they put a new battery in it, they don't seem to want to find out what the problem really is. This last time, which was yesterday they did not have batteries and to go to Walmart and they would put the battery in it for me.. I am no longer pleased with them or their product.
