After 2.5 hours on the phone with incompetence, I hung up and visited T-Mobile, 700 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT. I should have done this in the beginning and saved a big headache. I was assisted by Natalie Burton who is amazing!!! She got me on my way to a new phone, was pleasant, and provided everything I needed to order a new phone. She also suggested that I come back when I received the phone for data transfer. I did return and my data was transfered by Natalie. The customer before me actually hugged Natalie because she was so please with her assistance. I can't say enough great things about Natalie. She is what customer service and T-Mobile should be throughout the organization. She gives T-Mobile a great name and will keep me coming back.
