This is an update of an earlier review. Last August, the Cell Phone Repair Wizard did an amazing job fixing the screen and charging port in my iPhone SE. Late last night I texted him and he got back to me first thing in the morning. He showed up, as promised, early this afternoon and replaced the battery in my SE. He also inspected and charged the battery in my wife's SE and told us that it was so still good for a few more months and it would be a waste of our money to replace it now. Peter will pick up the phone from you and do the repair right there or he can drop it off to you later, anywhere in RI. He actually had to re-micrsolder my touch sensitivity chip to make the touch screen functionality work again. This is a tedious process that not everyone can do. Called Peter about my wife's totalled iPhone 6s Plus screen. After a short wait for the correct part, white over Rose Gold, and some miscommunication, on my end, Peter showed up at my house. So I've upgraded this review to 3/4 stars because I never called the place back, never giving them a chance to redeem themselves. It wasn't so much the broken screen which prompted my negative review, but the missing parts inside. However, after my negative review, the company contacted me and was very apologetic and professional trying to make things right. So I am happy with that. Ok, so I was very excited at first with my experience with this service as they came to me, fixed my phone in under 15 minutes for under $100. The new screen had a bit of a yellow hue to it, but that didn't bother me too much. A couple days later, I barely dropped it (it didn't fall hard), and the LCD screen got all messed up. There were no visible cracks, and it was still useable, however I noticed the screen on part of the phone was slightly off. When I went to go get it fixed elsewhere, having to pay yet another $100, the guy who fixed it said the screen connection plate and battery connection plate were missing inside the phone. I've upgraded from one star to 4 stars because Peter, from the wizard shop, has reached out to me very apologetically and has offered a free iPhone 6 screen replacement for my troubles.
