We went to the King Ave store and got new phones and I was trying to port my number and had a very difficult time doing that due to my changing sim cards in my old phone. So I left and continued to be on hold to port my number. Straight talk hung up on me like 3 times. Being frustrated I decided to just change my number. So the next day we stopped into the main street store and were greeted by an employee and the store Manger stated to the employee he was off the clock and since he was doing a quote, that the customer would need his help before us. So we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes while the employee stood beside the Manger. We felt that was a little unprofessional, but continued wait. When the manager was finished, he allowed the employee to help us. I explained to the employee what had conspired the day before. The Manger cut me off and said he had the direct number to straight talk, and that the employees at the king Ave store were lazy and never tired to help anyone save money. So he took over and ran our account to see if we had the proper savings. Well, the man at the other store had done that the night befor, and we were up to date. He then tried to activate a new number for me and said that I would have back go to the king Ave store to resolve my issue. So I questioned why would you talk smack on the other store and not be able to help me. Why put your other store down. We left and went to the king Ave store and that gentleman did get my phone number to port. In asking him about the other store I found out that all the other stores in billings beside the king Ave store are franchises, and the king Ave store is a corporate store. So I get we need to support local, but if that is the customer service that a franchise store gives, then please close your doors. Are you trying to exploit your locals? I'll never do business with any other AT&T store but the one on King Ave. Also I have heard from others that this store will remove negative reviews. Please don't remove this one.

The lady who had come in first was purchasing something for $40. But that wasn't the worst of it. After all of us had waited for 30+ minutes already, the worker offered the lady an "I help you, you help me" deal, and told her if she'd just take about "10 minutes" to fill in a credit application and get "pre-approved" he would COMP her the item and it would "look good for him" with his bosses! SO WE ALL STOOD THERE WAITING AN ADDITIONAL 10+ MINUTES WHILE SHE DID THIS!!! I hope that this sleazy practice does NOT look good to his bosses! What an awful customer service practice! First off, I have years of sales experience in my background, for various S&P 500 companies...I…read moreunderstand sales gimmicks and the need for commission, but I was lied to by every in store person and Customer service for a month after sign up. I signed up right after Black Friday pay 2 lines get the 3rd free. $120 total cost (family and friends discount or whatever code name they want to give it) it was not applied at sign up nor entered till I made multiple calls and got multiple bills over charging me $150 (no discount applied at all). Then they told me "it would all be taken care of" which it wasn't... my first bill was $30 over the quote, next month they added $97 to the current bill and assured me "we will apply the discount" and took $25 off. My bill out the door was supposed to be $131.25 It went from $161.25 to 228.58 in a month and they informed me that the discount would apply after 1-3 billing cycles, so the next 1-3 months paying full price. I inquired and was informed they WILL NOT backdate the payments and give you a rebate for full price months...so they want me to pay 4 months at an additional $30 per month = $120, and $72.33 for errors made. (The reason I gave three stars instead of one is because I spent an hour today on customer service for T-Mobile, and got through to a manager when I told him I was going to cancel service today if I could not come to a resolution. The manager I spoke to on the phone I believe based out of LAX. His name is Brian and he was incredibly helpful and made sure that every single dollar lined up and he said he would give me a call back three days after the next bill is sent to make sure everything is squared away and honest with the amount I was guaranteed in store... I will have a follow up to this once the next bill comes through. My sincerest advice to any new potential customers for T-Mobile, is to take photos and have documentation and writing of exactly everything that they promise you via word-of-mouth

The guys at CPR (Bruce, Chase & John) have patiently helped me save my iPad's life many times!!! First I had a charging problem that, just like taking your car to the mechanic or your kid to the pediatrician, wouldn't happen when I took it in!! CPR took my little bestie for overnight observation, didn't charge me because they couldn't make it act up like it did for me. After my third trip there, they still didn't roll their eyes at me! And iPad finally showed its true naughtiness - they fixed it for a VERY low price. Then I cracked the screen, toddled back to CPR. They fixed it overnight and charged $205 which was more than fair. They stand behind their work, so little iPad and I have been in a couple more times where they didn't charge me! Kudos to these brilliant mantrepreneurs!! I love and appreciate you SO much!!
