A store clerk mistakenly added an extra phone line to my account, and I'm still being charged for it--even after multiple attempts to get it corrected. We traded in our old phones under the belief that this was a clean transition. Now we're stuck. AT&T won't let us return to our old plans, and customer service has been nonexistent. I've been waiting two weeks for a call from a store manager or district manager. Still nothing. I'm not just disappointed--I'm completely disillusioned. If you're thinking of switching to AT&T, be warned: promises mean nothing if the company won't stand by them.

They were able to quickly determine what would need to be fixed and what was still in working order. The price was competitive and they were able to get started immediately. We finished our shopping for the day and swung back by to pick up the repaired IPad. The shop is VERY VERY new, and they are still working to get the shop products on the shelves. If you have a device that needs some work, I'd recommend giving these guys a shot.

Plus, they could have not done on the same day. They would have to order the parts in order to replace my screen. I also called several other chain screen repair shops. They wanted me to come in for a consultation before they would fix my phone. I was getting very frustrated. On Friday thinking I was just going to need to buy new phone with all the prices being between 160 and $200 for a screen repair. Friday, September 20 at 7 PM I decided to look 1 more time. I found this store (I fix and repair) inside the Cornelia Walmart. The store was open until 830. By the time I got there it was 8:05. I brought my phone in and showed the guy the damage. He was pleasant and told me he could get my phone repaired and out the door in about 20 minutes. He was a super nice person. This is a family business. And within 25 minutes he had me fixed with a new screen and screen protector and out the door for under $100. I believe if you would bring a phone to most places, and they only had 1/2-hour before they closed. That they would turn away business. Not this guy, he was like. You give me 20 minutes and I will get you taken care of. It is a small shop inside the Cornelia Walmart. They have accessories and phones to purchase inside their store as well. I would highly recommend him. I will for sure be back to this store. The store has great hours for the working person. It is close and very convenient

I have Direct TV for television at my home. It is over priced. I would not mind paying the price if it were more reliable. If there is the least amount of rain or if it is even cloudy; this service will not work. I have internet at home by ViaSat (formerly Exceed). WORST Internet service providee EVER. I have their latest Generation 5 service. It is slower than dial-up!! Sent an email last evening. This morning it is still sitting in my outbox waiting to go out. I work remote. I had to lease office space where I can get hardwired Internet to be able to work. VIaSat will not work if you have to VPN in to your office. ViSat is a last resort for Internet service. I'm honestly on the fence as to whether it is even worth having. I am considering paying their $400 early termination fee and be done with them. Their service is also grossly expensive for the terrible service received. Just like the television even on a cloudy day the service will not work. And I also want to add that a tree fell and wiped out my ViaSat equipment. I was charged $475 to replace it. Again, wouldn't have a problem paying that if this internet service was reliable.

This is the VERY WORST Verizon store I have ever encountered. I have had to use this store on a few…read moreoccasions because of the close proximity to my home, but each time I have to plan on spending at least two hours there because they do not have enough staff working, they are too slow in completing the tasks, or they just will not provide you with service. I recently went into their store to buy one item for my phone and could not get anyone to sell me the item. The manager was at the register and she just walked to the back and never came back. Another staff member entered the store, went to the back, and he never came back. One sales representative was inside helping a family, but he never bothered to go to the back of the store and mention that customers were waiting in the store for service. One man and his son finally left out of frustration. When I asked to speak to the manager, she would not come out from the back of the store. I asked to see her twice, and she refused to come speak to me, sending a message to by the staff member that she was conducting inventory. I then asked if she would just write down the name of her supervisor and his/her telephone number on a piece of paper, but I received no response. Finally, after several minutes, the staff member who was in the back returned and spoke very aggressively to me stating he did not have to give me his manager's name who was in the back and that her completing inventory took priority over customers. He told me that their store's google reviews were such that I could complain all I wanted as it didn't matter. He would not give me any information about a supervisor or store manager and told me to call customer service. He was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. The manager just hid in the back of the store.
