I've been trying to get a hold of my business account manager there for months now every time I try to reach somebody out there doesn't work. They gave me their business lines. No reply. I've texted. I've called beyond disappointed. Because when I walked in there, honestly, I felt truly like they were gonna be the ones to help my business. Doesn't seem that way. Would give zero stars if possible. We have been customers for 10 years. They did okay until 2 yrs ago when we were sold 2 Motorola Droid 2 Tubo phones. Pieces of cheap from the get go. The chargers didn't work from day one. Got new ones. Then after a while the female plug failed...bent. Sent a return phone. Lots of issues with that phone. Hubby went through the same thing. Then 1 month b4 contract expired my phone is shutting down when I take a photo, whenever it decides to, battery goes from 50% to zero. Knowing that it was going to for soon, we went to Verizon. Told we could get $200 off new phones and another $300 if we turn in our crappy phones. Hoping my phone would hold out til the end of the week, we went home, knowing this deal was good for all of July. Okay. So the phone got worse and 2 days later we went to get our new phones. We had cases and phones picked out and 3 car chargers. Went to set up the deal and imagine that, there was small print that was not obvious to anyone including our sales rep who is a very good friend. The deal required new lines. I said they should have honored our verbal agreement but of course they wouldn't. Told our pal we would go to a new carrier. We did. Metro PCS sells affordable phones, no contracts and $40 unlimited everything. I love my new LG phone. We walked out of Metro PCS with 2 phones, chargers and cases for just under $540. At Verizon, we would have paid more than that for one phone. The only downside is that Verizon dies not pro-rate the service for the one month left on our plan. So saying Verzon sucks is an understatement. Go to Metro. You will be super happy. read more

I went to the store on 04/28/2015 to upgrade my phone and utilize the new Edge program. I was met by a representative that was not wearing a nametag (the receipt shows the representative name as ruizhug and an ID of E148Y). I told the rep. which phone I wanted and told him that I wanted to do the Edge program. Ruiz first stated that I was not eligible for an upgrade, but after telling Ruiz otherwise he changed his mind. Mr. Ruiz then advised me that I would have to pay $120 up front for the Edge program and that would include a bundle (car charger, case, and screen protectors). I told Ruiz that I did not want the bundle and simply wanted the phone. He blatantly LIED and stated that I could not do the Edge program without doing the bundle. Ruiz knew that I had driven an hour to the corporate location and knew that I did not want to leave empty handed. I told him that I knew that I could upgrade to the Edge program without doing the bundle. He stated that I could come back tomorrow or contact customer service. I asked Ruiz several times to make sure that there was not any miscommunication. Ruiz stated every time that I COULD NOT do the edge program without purchasing the bundle. I then contacted customer service (I did not get the name of the very professional representative) who told me that what Ruiz had told me was untrue. She stated that she would stay on the line with me until I could get in touch with the manager of the store. I then went back inside and advised Ruiz that I was unhappy with his dishonesty and I wanted to speak with the manager. Ruiz stated "Oh its okay, I'll get it taken care of." I told Ruiz that I did not trust him to handle my account any longer due to his dishonesty and that I wanted to speak with a manager. He again tried to tell me that it was "okay" and that he would take care of it. He even motioned another representative away that was trying to come and help stating that he would take care of me now. I was denied a manager until about the fourth or fifth time asking. Ruiz finally went to the back and got the manager. The manager (I believe his name was Jacob) was VERY professional. He came out and apologized for the mix-up. I did advise Jacob that it was not a mix-up because I asked Ruiz several times and he blatantly lied to me about the edge program. Jacob then reconciled the problem and told me that I could upgrade my phone on the Edge program with no costs upfront. Jacob stood nearby as Ruiz then completed my transaction. I advised Ruiz that I wanted to trade my smartphone in for the $100 credit that they were offering. Ruiz then lied once again and stated that I could only received $26 for my old smartphone. Jacob once again stepped in and advised me that I would indeed get a $100 credit for my old phone. I was originally going to buy a few accessories for the phone, but after the whole transaction I did not really want to spend any of my money at that store. However, I did need some accessories and Jacob stepped in and helped me find the accessories that I needed and made sure that I could use my $100 credit towards those items. I would NOT recommend going to this store if at all possible unless you can deal directly with the manager. There is no telling how many times Ruiz has LIED to people that may not have known better costing the customer hundreds of dollars. The customer comes first Mr. Ruiz, not your greed for making more money off of selling a bundle. read more
