Staff is unreasonably rude and has no idea how to do their job efficiently. Don't waste your time with them at this location.

Either…read moreway, they are unable to help correct these mistakes and the customer pays (literally) the price. Was told DirectTV was free for 14.days and credit card was needed to make initial account but would NOT be charged until after the 14 day trial period. Wrong. You are charged within a couple of days. You can get a refund if you decide not to keep within the 14 days but have to call Direct TV for it. Also told me fiber internet would be $45 for two years and then $65 after that, so I switched to them to save money. My first bill shows the service is $70. ...the same cost as the previous service provider I had. I went in to have it corrected, and was essentially told I could contact their loyalty number to get the price corrected to $47, which is NOT the price I was told, but they say, is the best they can do. Would NEVER do business with them again. Unethical and untrustworthy. If you are given a price, make sure you get it in writing with all details asap. The business model is "tell them anything they want to hear to get them to say yes."

They told me they had to change it to get the new phone but that it lower my costs after all the promotions and discounts. I wanted printed out of all the promotions and discounts. They said it would be sent to be by email. When I checked it, the costs had increased. They said well all the discounts etc. haven't kicked in. New bill came and it still hadn't done down. Went back to the store. Again the runaround. I called ATT customer service and the lady who helped me admitted they screwed up my plan and I would be paying almost a $100 a month more. She said the reps only care about getting their commission. She said she has fixed my plan back to the original which I plan to verify. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I have been with AT&T for many years but honestly have been thinking about switching to another vendor. I was lied to both by the salesperson and the manager of the store.

Went there to get the new iPhone 14 for my son who is a student at IU. After waiting for my turn at the Liberty Drive location they didn't have my phone in stock, she was sending me to the this one. I informed her that they were not open. There was another customer at the store who said the same thing. She said that's crazy. They should be open. She made a phone call. They were there. They had the phone. So we go over get the phone. The manager informs me that I am eligible for a free Apple Watch just have to pay the $10 a month Digits plan fee for 24 months. I am getting billed for the I watch at $19 a month plus the digits plan, $10. So $30 a month more than I went in for. When I made a phone call to T-Mobile customer service they said I was not eligible for that plan. I was basically stuck with a product I didn't need. I didn't want one, was there for an iPhone, and all they offered me was was $150 credit. Lied, not what I agreed to and I am here with no recourse and the company getaway with it. Poor customer, service and dumb and/or sneaky employees at this one, stick to the one on Liberty.

T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I…read moredecided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

I'm going to Canada soon, so I thought that I should probably call AT&T and get the same package I…read moregot for Mexico. The package was free with my plan and I added it on myATT app myself. This plan would mean that I can use my current plan in North America without being charge fees. However, since they changed the app, I could no longer add that plan myself. With that being said, I proceeded to call the AT&T store on Jacobs Drive. From there I had to make two more calls... 1. So I called the AT&T on Jacobs Drive first because that is the one I usually go to. I asked the person who picked up if there was something I needed to do so I could use my phone in Canada. He said, "I think it should be included with plans bigger than 15 GB." Emphasis on the word THINK. I needed a positive answer, so they told me to call 611 (AT&T customer service). 2. The AT&T customer service lady wasn't quite sure either. She put me on hold so she could check with someone else. She said she read up on it and that the Canada/Mexico plan was not covered on my plan and that I needed to pay $10 a day if I wanted to add it. That didn't sound right to me. I added this plan onto my account a year ago when I went to Mexico and then it was removed when I came back to the US. I thought maybe they discontinued that plan, but she didn't tell me for sure so I called the other AT&T in town (College Mall). 3. I called the one at the College Mall and Blake picked up. He told me the same thing the customer service lady said, but then I mentioned the plan I got when I went to Mexico, and it was free. He said, "oh yeah, I forgot about that. You'd have to come in to the store to get it added." Haha Soooo, I will be going into one of the stores to add this free plan that covers all of North America that apparently still exists (but everyone forgot about).

Just kept saying "I don't know," apparently just wanting me to go away. I would rate this store a ZERO, rather than one star. 20 years ago when I got cable Internet from Comcast, now Xfinity, they were revolutionary in their…read moreservices. I defended this company when others started reporting multiple outages over the last 12 months. I said I'm sure it's just an acute problem. Then that acute problem started happening in our home. We live in Atlanta. For the last two weeks for at least half of the day, our Internet goes completely out. They've sent technicians out, they've charged us money, knowing that they were actually doing a complete overhaul of their network. There's no recourse because we're not a business account. I only use them for Internet and I pay $175 a month. For what! To be ignored? To not get clarity on why the outages keep happening? Blaming our connectivity at our home? Absolute joke. Not that my little $175 a month matters to that organization, but going forward I refuse to do business with them. If you guys want a real provider, I recommend transferring to AT&T fiber, and if you were reimbursed for your Internet, like I am for my company, go all out and get the maximum 5Gig, $140 a month AT&T fiber. Again, I'm not naïve enough to think my $175 a month is any impact, but I suspect they are on the verge of losing millions of customers for their lack of doing nothing. When Verizon had an outage on the East Coast however many months ago, without calling without question they just automatically gave us a credit of $20. To me that showed initiative. What Xfinity is doing is just flat out criminal.
