The bald gentleman that helped me was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. He looked at my phone as soon as I walked into the store and immediately ran diagnostics for free. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my phone (which was the camera) and he even had the new part in stock. I told him I wanted it fixed as soon as he could do it and he ended up doing it right then and there for me! He originally told me it would take an hour or two and we were only in the store for about an hour total. I was more than pleased with the quick service and reasonable pricing! My Iphone13mini stopped charging last night and I couldn't turn my phone on. I tried other charges as well. Luis was so knowledgeable, he took care of the problem in less than two minutes.
