They are almost impossible to deal with. Our billing is inconsistent and not correct for services…read morebeing provided. They do not keep their word and seems the left hand and right do not communicate. Our experience since signing up a couple months ago has been unsatisfactory when dealing with their personnel. TV and internet do work well. It is the Admin piece that is unsatisfactory.
