Very grateful for these guys I was able to save $1,000+ on buying a new phone. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any phone repairs and I wouldn't upgrade my iPhone if it can be fixed here !

Took two phones there for service…read more Phone 1: iPhone screen locked with apparent Apple virus notification. Tech explained that phone was not infected but it was a phishing scheme for me to click the "Apple" link to remove virus - for a fee of course. I didn't take the bait. Tech took care of it over the counter in 30 seconds without charge. Phone 2: iPhone needed a new battery. Tech explained that reason for battery failure was the charging case. He showed us the damaged battery when we picked up the phone and explained how to properly use the charging case to avoid future battery damage. Both iPhones: wanted them to add VPN to both phones. He told us they don't provide that service, but gave us a trustworthy web site to find a what we wanted. Polite, knowledgeable and took time to fully explain every issue. 100% satisfied.

Well I was surprised it's a huge flea market I guess mariachi is a flea market. Well the girls there were so nice and pleasant n helpful I told them my issue with the iPhone and they told me 40 min and gave a great price. That I ran and got my other phone that had a charging problem Well 40 min later I had both my phones and they were as good as new. I highly recommend the girls to doing the phone repair. I called - still waiting for part. I went into the store and spoke on the phone with the technician who said the part had come in and the lens should be fixed by the following week. Two weeks go by, no communication. I went into the store again and was told the lens was in Miami because the tech didn't have the tools in the Sarasota shop to fix it. It has now been 4 months. I have demanded that the lens be returned and not only have they not returned the lens, but I just get the run around and blame shifting. I am having to resort to filing a small claims suit. Avoid this business at all costs.

I let him make the decision because he was also paying for the repair, he chose Techy on Beeridge and cattlemen in Sarasota because they gave him a fair price and assured him it would only take 3-5 days. well, after many lies, excuses and 6 weeks later he got it back just to get it home to find out it wasn't working at all. we brought it directly back to Techy and this went on for about another month. we dealt with the manager there (Theo) who we later found out was also working at the North Port store because we drove down there to see if that location could help us. at one time Theo told me over the phone that I called there too much and that's why he couldn't get any work done, I called 3 times one day because he kept prom me he'd call right back and never did. theo finally blamed the issue on a software problem and said it was something my son did wrong. I spoke to the corporate office and they informed me to request a work order from Theo . a refund and the owner's information so I could contact him. Theo denied all of that. initially when they opened the Xbox up they informed my son there was nothing else wrong with it except the loose port. My son is so disappointed and I'm still trying to do something. I will not stop when it comes to my son. what kind of life lesson is this teaching my beautiful boy. Shame on you Theo and shame on whoever the owner is for not reaching out to me and trying to solve this. please go somewhere else to get your repairs done. stay away from these dishonest people.
