****!!this store is NOT corporate owned!!**** My experience at this store was disappointing. It was my first time visiting, and I don't plan on coming back. When my mom and I walked in, there were two men working. One was already helping another customer, and the other approached us to ask what brought us in. To keep it short, the man who helped us didn't seem to know what he was talking about and made no effort to find answers or get help. From the beginning, he seemed hesitant and uninterested, almost like he didn't want to assist us at all--or wasn't confident in his role. I'm not trying to be rude or wish any backlash on them, but I truly hope this isn't how they treat all customers. I had given a 2 star review as I had to wait 30 minutes after the store opened at 11 am for the computer and inventory to be done. But then Brittney helped me to set up my new phone as she was very helpful and friendly. Now I've changed the review to 4 stars. I suggest that your employees come in early to be totally set up and ready to assist customers waiting at 11 am sharp so customers don't have to wait until 11:30 for your employees to get computer booted and inventory completed. *BUYER BEWARE* This store is an authorized dealer (retailer) not an actual Verizon store. This store has a ton of hidden fees. Although Alex was friendly and knowledgeable he never made us aware of the extra fees he was charging. It wasn't until after we left the store and received a emailed receipt which shown that we were charged $20 for him to turn on our new phone, $10 for a Sim Card (which is included), and $15 to put on our screen protector. *Please note* the actual Verizon stores do not charge these fees. We were never informed of these charges and would never have approved. We did contact the District manager and received a refund but it was such a headache. I will not go back and wanted to share my experience to prevent this from happening to anyone else. read more

Sketchy location. First red flag, it's attached to a gas station. Nonetheless I placed and order with an online rep for pickup and this location was close to my house. The "manager canceled" my order is all the information I was given. Sent my account into a mess to try and cancel and upgrade and replace an order. My experience with ordering new phones here was rather pitiful. The employee who worked with us on both the initial visit and the return visit to activate the phones was nice, but clearly had never been properly trained. In fact, he volunteered that information right at the beginning, and instead of walking out right then, we soldiered on, ultimately wasting a lot of time. Every stage of our transaction required at least one phone call to someone outside the store, to confirm how to do something. We also ended up making a third trip because this same employee incorrectly informed us that our phones had arrived, when they weren't actually in yet. This was a hot mess. read more

I needed a new phone. Brandon was my Service attendant. He told me about the new deal for the IPhone. Perfect, that was what I was looking to purchase. He took me through all the steps and showed everything that was needed for my phone. No pressure to purchase anything, just advising the need for it. I had a lot of transfers to put on my new phone. Brandon waited there for a good 1 1/2 hours after closing, to make sure I went home a satisfied customer. He was very patient with me, I am not a electronics person. Lol. He even texted me to see how my phone and I was getting along. I have been going to this store for along time. I have never had bad service or been pressured to buy anything. All the people have been professional, explained things and help me make the right decisions. And helped when I needed to get a new replacement phone, there they were to help. I have bought all of my phones, tablets, and anything else, only from here. I will keep going as long as I need to. I will not go to another store. Thank you Brandon for all your help. I have always received really good service at this store and last night was no exception as David really helped me out! I was looking for a tablet for my 5 year old daughter to take with her on a long road trip. David offered me a great special, just the right size for her, and was able to hook me up quickly with linking my account to the tablet, applying liquid gold screen protector, and getting the right cover! I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my daughter was very happy and surprised with her new tablet for the road trip to grandmas! read more

I was in bad need of a new phone. My old phone had died the night before. When I arrived at the Verizon store Alexander was there to help. Very knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to about the phone how it worked and what the terms would be for my purchase. I would definitely recommend this this store to someone looking for a phone. If you want to be misinformed, misled, and otherwise taken advantage of, this is the place for you. I went there to buy a phone because my Pixel 2 just quit working, and was sold another Pixel which I like, but was told that it operated the same as the one that died. Not true. Also, I was sold a protective case and cover for an outrageous price, but I had to have a phone. I got home and tried to use the new phone and it did not work like the one I was replacing. After talking to Verizon and spending an hour on Utube, I managed to basically work the phone. I had already gone back to the store because of the problems I was having, and was concerned about the protective cover I was sold, it is plastic and slippery, so the sales person sold me a back up. I now have about $100.00 in cases. I was told to bring the one I do not like back for a refund. So, I decided to check online. I found lots of everything cases and covers for a whole lot less. I told the sales person that I was totally unsavy about computer stuff, and I believe he took advantage of me. I would not recommenced this store to any one. read more

Do not go to this store. I went in knowing what I wanted and the promotion that Verizon was offering. I met with Josh and when I asked him what promotion they were offering he told me there was only one promotion and didn't offer me the promotion Verizon was offering. Only after I showed him the website he said "oh they must have extended that promotion". Then he brings out a phone that was already opened with finger prints on it and powered on and tells me it's a brand new phone. I get that someone may have opened it. I was fine with that. But last straw was after he printed out the transaction he charged me $760 for a phone that was$599 stating that's what the price comes up in his system. On top of that he added$19.99processing fee that they charge. I cancelled the transaction and went straight to another Verizon store and the was no transaction fees and price was $599. I felt like he lied to me at every step of the way or he didn't know what he was doing even though he says he's the general manager of the store.
