The first young man and woman were kind and…read morerespectful explaining the situation and trying to help find a comparable tv to the one I just drove over an hour to get because I was called today at 2 telling me the truck broke down that my tv was on and instead of it being delivered tomorrow it was going to be 5 more days or I could go pick it up at buford location right now. We found a comparable tv that was $300 more which they couldn't do anything about the price match there understandably so they told me to call the customer service number back and see if they could compensate me the difference. While on hold patiently waiting with I believe her name was Carmen (the nice professional manager), Fernanda (apparently some kind of manager) walks up and says "is this him"? Carmen says yes and Fernanda so rudely slaps a card down on the counter and says "this is the number you will call to reschedule your delivery we are done here! Grabs Carmen's arm and walks her away from her desk I was standing in front. I said hold on are you telling me to leave and she said yes we are done with you on the the next one. I said what the hell, hold on I'm on hold with customer service like she told me to do to see if they are going to help after I just drove an hour here to pick up a tv that Isn't here after I was promised it was. She said that it I'm calling the cops if you don't leave with that language. I said are you Kidding because I said what the hell? She then proceeded to call the cops and told them there is a man here using profanity and won't leave the store! He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. You did not respond to any of those messages and I arrived at your business at 3:56 pm on Monday to a locked door. I thought in spite of the above actions a three star review was fair you never once apologized for not being at your business for the appointment or making me wait. The truth was you wanted $20.00 more than someone who would fix my phone in 45 minutes the same day with Apple logo parts and I would not have to wait another day for you to fix it with the non logo glass or maybe longer if I wanted the Apple logo glass. I was trying to be nice and I thought a three star review was fair considering the treatment I received. You obviously disagreed from the message you sent me. I think this review is very accurate and you are correct you did not render any services. Instead you chose to insult me and say I could not afford to fix my phone. I am sharing this feedback to help future customers avoid being misled. * They overcharge for their services. * They use low-quality parts that do not last. * They promise a 6-month or 1-year warranty, but when you return with an issue, they refuse to honor it. This shop operates with dishonesty and broken promises. There is no trust, accountability, or professionalism here. I went here for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement. Our original plan was to get the repair done at the Apple Store, but they needed a few days, and we needed the phone fixed urgently. While leaving the Mall of Georgia, we noticed this shop and decided to check with them. The person at the shop promised a high-quality replacement screen and a 6-month warranty (instead of the 3-month warranty from Apple). Based on this, we agreed to the repair and paid $250. Just 6 days later, the screen stopped working. When we went back for the warranty repair, they refused, claiming we didn't have the 6-month warranty in writing. It's true that we didn't get written proof, which we should have asked for--but the warranty was clearly promised to us verbally. After we insisted and explained why no one would pay $250 for a screen that failed in a week, they finally agreed to replace it. However, I had to make three separate trips to the store because they kept saying the replacement screen wasn't available. On the final visit, when they finally replaced the screen, they forced us to pay an additional $100, even though the issue was clearly under the promised warranty. Final words: Do not trust this shop or individuals like "Johnny" (which seems to be a fake name). They make promises they don't keep, use questionable parts, and push extra charges on customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.
