He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. The truth was you wanted $20.00 more than someone who would fix my phone in 45 minutes the same day with Apple logo parts and I would not have to wait another day for you to fix it with the non logo glass or maybe longer if I wanted the Apple logo glass.
