This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

Because now I'm trying to look unapproachable instead of actually looking at products! I can't even tell you about prices or deals because I was SO CONSCIOUS of all the swarming employees. We were standing in a triangle, backs out, having an ACTIVE conversation, and someone interrupted. We said no thanks. THEY KEPT TALKING. then I was telling another family member that exact story -- once again in a circle -- and we were interrupted AGAIN! Clearly he knows that when someone calls him, they are stressed and he has this way of actually soothing their nerves without being condescending, which in my book is a real skill. Third, he is a very, very clear communicator. He's not going to talk over your head or try to impress you with big words - he meets you at your level. That is also a true skill. Fourth, he sets expectations on how long it will take him to finish the job. Huge points!! Fifth, his pricing is amazing. He is not out to gouge you... he's here to make an honest living.
