Sent my iPhone back in for insurance claim and they said I sent an empty box. The phone was in the box when I sent it out and they took over 1000out of my account for it and wouldn't do anything to help me so absolutely no I would not recommend them to anyone read more

billy mays broke my phone with his stupid jupiter jack. I brought my phone into the store and Jim helped me out. He set me up with a new phone and even transferred all my contacts and pictures from my old phone. minus one star since i had to pay $50 for a replacement phone. read more

Thought I needed my charging port replaced but the nice guy in the front got out a light and a little metal stick and said let's try cleaning it first... he pulled out a ton of grime and junk. Plugged it in and wham! Saved me 200$ for no charge and with a smile. This will be my new go-to Verizon store read more

AWFUL!!!! the customer service was absolutely awful they only want your money and then send you on your way and do not help you with any set up at all, they actually sent me away after I purchased my phone even though I was asking questions the rep moved onto another customer. I then went to the Bon Aire Plaza store and they were the nicest people ever both Mikes are GREAT, I highly recommend that place over this location. My biggest gripe is that they don't inform you of the ridiculously high restocking fee for returns, even if you never opened or used the item. And when I bought it I even asked about the return policy because I was unsure of the purchase in the first place. They told me how long I had but withheld the restocking fee. When I went to to return it, they wanted $70 to restock a $129 item. I wound up keeping it. And the guy who was the sales rep when I bought it who was nice as pie was the same person I got when I went to return it. He acted like a total douche. read more
