But I should have held off and went elsewhere. For those of your not aware this is located on the circle in East Liberty. There is really only one way to get here. I just happened to be passing by when the lightbulb went off that reminded me to stop and grab the item I needed. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I should have doubled back and kept it moving. See, this location is kind of like the trifecta for auto stores on the circle. Next door is a Goodyear and across the street is a Monroe (I think?), two places to have your vehicle fixed. That doesn't seem to matter to some as they will choose to fix their vehicle in the parking lot of this store. Or let their vehicle sit here in shambles until they can fix it. It's like the shady garage of the circle. Anyway, I made my way inside to purchase my item. I say this all the time I am car illiterate but am trying my best to make myself aware of things so I can be a little more independent when it comes to it. First I walked around looking like a fool attempting to at least find the area where this item might be. Of course it would be in the last aisle. My vehicle is newer and the item I needed wasn't something I had ever purchased before. Instead of an associate asking me if I needed help with my face looking confused, I pull out my phone and do a little google. Thanks for the assist Google. After some self research I find what I need and head over to pay. This is the only interaction I had with an associate in here and it was pleasant. Paid and made my way back out to the garage...err, I mean lot and heading on my way.

To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds. We've sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but we haven't heard back from anyone. It's been incredibly disappointing, and we would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.

The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

Won't answer calls made by landline, cellphone, their own online chat window or email, all tried on the same weekday during regular open hours. ZERO RESPONSE to a serious safety issue. This is why I left Brewer services years ago, but the new faces and names are using the same policies and toolbox as the old ones. I'm sorry I gave them another chance. If they ever contact me, I'll update with what they were willing to do or make it right. If they can convince me of some integrity I might even delete the review. Edit: they eventually did call back. My wife took the car in to address the safety issues they failed to either own or remedy. Within 1 mile of leaving the service department, my wife driving noticed the hood of the car undulating at 40mph. She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.

In the winter, my husband was driving his BMW SUV when a rock flew off the road, hit his windshield, and caused cracks. He called our auto-insurance agent, and our agent recommended Three Rivers Auto Glass for a replacement. The employees at Three Rivers Auto Glass kindly gave us an accurate estimate for replacing the windshield, and we were able to get an appointment soon. We appreciated that an employee mentioned a coupon, so our total out-of-pocket cost was only $100 after insurance and the coupon. My husband mentioned that our camera calibration took a longer-than-expected time because of the cold, snowy weather, but the new windshield looked good. Unfortunately, for months this new windshield was causing a warning light in our vehicle. I was told that the installation of the new windshield had cracked the camera bracket. My husband took the SUV to a BMW dealership, and BMW quoted us up to several thousand dollars to fix the windshield and camera, and we did not want to pay that. Our insurance agent contacted Three Rivers Auto Glass, and employees came to our house to replace the windshield again and to fix the cracked camera bracket. This second service was free. Days have passed, and we see no warning light.
