Charged me a service fee despite that being covered in the No Surprise repair package which they said they never heard of before. I sent them, in writing, the details of the package and the claim number. I've now made two follow up calls that were ignored. I've started a chargeback on the repair package. I'm out the service visit fee, because they did actually show up.

Then, the manufacturer set up another appointment and we ended up with Gold Appliance again. This time 2 different men, same attitude but worse. This time they lasted about the same time as the first two. Then, my daughter threw them out. I called the manufacturer and told them of my experience and that I never wanted them in my home again.

Our GE double wall oven was acting up and he took the top electronic cover off and checked the wires. He tested all of the possible error codes to check for issues and found none. He tested the broiler, oven temps and convection fans to ensure all was working okay. He also diagnosed our dryer sound that suddenly and intermittently appeared a few weeks ago as a broken idler that we could buy online and either install ourselves (he showed us how) or call him to install when it comes in at his hourly rate.
