They are HORRIBLE !!!!!! Yes, all entire store is rude !!!!! I came at location on veterans pkwy, and almost had a heart attack from their service 06/20/2023 , between 3 -4 pm. Horrible service, horrible manager Trey, who developed very hostile , unsafe environment for customers, he is exmilitary and loves to fight and argue. Red flag !! They make me to go to buy some tools to fix my phone....because they do not have it !! When I came back, I asked manager to give me somebody smart to get professional help... ALAS, ALAS !!! That way I put myself in danger." SMART" manager Trey went to that agent who did not help me first time and repeated what I said . In order to prove , that he, agent, is really " smart" he move toward ne and verbaly aggressively start ataked me telling :" I am not smart ? I am not smart foryou ?? Are you smart ? Good luck to you " .I had no words even to answer him anything that moment, how extremely rude he approached me , I cannot remember anybody was attackinig me that way in any business office . I bought cover- frame for my phone from female agent and asked her to open it and put my phone in ,She was , of cours, " smart and polite " too as all of them .She told me to use my car key to open box with cover !!! I guess she worried about her artificial long nails !!! Is it real ??!!! Warning! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars it would be -5! Service has been sketchy as of late. Today, Nov. 21, 2023, around 4:30 pm, I attempted to update my information that I thought should be done as I had a new-to-me iWatch. At first, there were only a few people ahead so I thought maybe it won't be long. I saw it was raining and I don't like to drive in the rain so I left. After I took a few steps outside I saw it was going to really pour down! I went back in to the store. I was then given an assigned person to help me. At first, he seemed very nice but not very sure about things around the store as it was very busy. When we did sit down to check on a few things I thought he seemed to know what he was doing. But out of nowhere with no warning or a word, he got up and went to "the front corner" and sat down talking to his co-workers for a few minutes. Then he made a call. I looked over there and caught his eye but he dismissed me and continued his call. I stood up and looked straight at him but he obviously couldn't care less. I walked out of there and will never go back! There are a couple of good people in there that were actually working, talking, and smiling as they actually helped customers. Someone needs to do some management at this store. I usually get better deals online anyway! read more

We went in on a sunday feb 2nd 2020 around 1pm. We checked in and was helped within 3 mins or less. While one verizon employee was helping us, I noticed another employee( white female, she has blond hair ,around 5 ft 4 ,thin build and a bad attitude. ) helping an elderly man. He was getting a new phone and tablet. Well you can tell the elderly man couldn't walk well and he kept sitting down because he had mentioned that he cant stand on his leg for long. This female employee walked passed to the back of the store saying very rudely come on sir. That poor guy was hobbling as fast as he could to catch up with her. They stayed in the back for a while. Then she made him follow her to the front of the store and told him to stay put and dont move from that one spot. The old man asked another employee if he could sit down and the guy said yes sur you dont have to stand up their. He then told the employee he couldn't stand on his bad leg for long so he had helped the man go sit down. When the female employee come from the back she said why did you move I told you to stay their. He told her about his leg and not being able to stand for very long. She didnt seem to care. Well she wanted him to buy a case for his tablet and the old man said no I dont want one. She said you cant leave this store without a case for your tablet. He refused she got ruder and louder. He caved and bought the case and all the extra crap he didnt want to start with. I've never meet someone so dang rude as she is. I stepped in and said a few things a few times then I stood within ear shot of her watching her like a hawk to make sure she wasnt rude to him anymore. If that was my daddy I woulda throat punched her. Just because you have a stick up ur butt doesnt give you the right to treat people like that. So I had to come here to get a new sim card. Didn't wait long, which is a plus. Sometimes the wait is forever, which is why the 2 stars instead of 1. The guy that came to help didn't introduce himself or ask my name. I explained my problem. He walked to a desk, guess I was supposed to follow. He laid my phone down and walked to the back to get the new card. He took my phone out of the case and walked away to talk to another guy with my phone and new SIM card. I do believe he dropped my phone, I was watching him but can only be 90% sure as he turned away from me when he picked it up. He also didn't turn the phone off to insert it. The Verizon website says to turn power off but he said it wasn't necessary. He never took his eyes off of the show he was watching on his tablet Guess we were done when I walked out. He never said anything so I wouldn't really know. It is experiences like this that make me hate dealing with Verizon. read more

I visit the Verizon store to switch my service from sprint! My sales rep was Marco! Marco was very nice at the time of the sale! I purchased several devices including the hum! Marco just work there he don't have a clue on Verizon products! He stated to me that it works for my car and my daughter car! I contacted hum it's not compatible at all! The new store on Veterans is bigger than the one it replaced, but the service is still garbage. I wanted assistance with my new phone (getting it set-up, figuring out the features, etc) but they kept up-selling accessories. I expressed disinterest, but they kept pushing!
