A few days before Christmas I went to our local Verizon store with my daughter so she could transfer data between phones. I wasn't shopping for a new phone, but I was curious as I am the family picture taker. I asked which phone had the best camera. The answer was a Google Pixel 3. On top of that, the sale on the phone was outrageously good. I got two phones and some accessories. I was working with the manager and he maximized my discounts. I found the phone's camera excellent, especially the night lens. Unfortunately, my phone ended up being a dud. I took it back to the store a month later when it died. They were very surprised as they said I was the first person to bring that model back in with a big problem. I was working with a very nice man (feel so bad I forgot his name). Although the warranty is between me and google, he patiently listened to my complaints and paved the way with the people I needed to talk to. I received a total phone replacement. He continued to work with me and the rep on the phone, even getting them to send me a new glass cover even though it wasn't their problem. I am sooo thankful for the patient friendly service. I've always gotten my cell phones online. I now will not hesitate to go into my local Verizon store to discuss options and get help. Thank you so much! read more

Verizon stores seem to hire some of the rudest people.... Must be part of the business plan because I've seen it all over the country - also meaning, I had to seek out Verizon service everywhere I went because of problems. This particular store has one person who makes going into this store a major chore. She is rude, sarcastic, snarky. If you have a problem, you better take it elsewhere because she only wants to deal with people who will give her money. My husband says she's always nice to him, but I've noticed that if there are men in the store, she's nice to all of them. Women, not so much. Because of her snotty attitude and Verizon's crappy coverage everywhere I go, I dumped them for US Cellular. I've never had an issues with them, and their people are always pleasant to deal with. read more

I had a terrible experience with Verizon, specifically with a sales representatives. They sold me a business WiFi router under the impression that I was only leasing it. At no point did they make it clear that I would be forced to fully purchase the device within 30 days. It felt intentionally misleading and completely dishonest. To make matters worse, after setting everything up, I found out that Verizon WiFi service isn't even available in my area. No internet, no 5G access--nothing. So now I'm stuck with expensive equipment that I didn't plan to buy and can't even use. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of transparency. If you're considering Verizon for your business, be very cautious! I expected better from a company of this size. read more

Went in for a new phone and Zach help me I had a lot of questions he was very patient with me. My time at the store was very pleasant. I don't like cell phones because it is sometimes confusing.
