Verizon had a promotion where my father could turn in his old phone in and there was an outstanding balance which was paid in full. Then, they proceeded to charge him monthly for the next three years without his knowledge. They scammed us and made him essentially pay for the phone twice. NEVER GO HERE. read more

Not only did the person "helping" me order the wrong phone, he also added a protection service on that I didn't ask for, and didn't say that when I needed to cancel the order (which I had to do since he ordered the wrong phone), I would have to return to the store to do it. She spent more time looking at her own phone than mine. An employee here is a crook, be careful. We switched to Verizon and he told us there were two promotions going on... one that involved trading in your old phone for a new phone and another where a new phone was majorly discounted. We used these promotions to trade in our old phones and get three new phones. He made these promotions up completely. We were charged for three full price phones from Verizon and so we came back to the store to ask why there was a $3,000 charge on our bill when the charges shouldn't have been there at all. He told us the charges were only there temporarily, they would be removed off the next bill, not to worry. He was wrong and Verizon told us THIS STORE IS NOT EVEN A VERIZON STORE. It's only affiliated with Verizon. So don't trust these people. We are calling our attorney to file a lawsuit if this is not resolved to help protect future customers from a scamming business. read more

These people are liars and crooks. Did an iPhone upgrade that was incorrectly processed--they told me they keep the trade in and return it to the company, which was a lie. Two months later Verizon puts a $325 charge on my account for the unreturned phone. Called the store for two months about this issue. The young lady and the manager at the time are not there anymore and Rico (new store manager) finally tells me the company isn't going to credit my account, despite the video evidence that the store kept the phone and can't find it. Verizon (the actual company) cannot find it either. Phone service disconnected twice because I refuse to pay the $325. By the way, this is NOT a real Verizon store, it's a Go Wireless store, but there a NO signs anywhere indicating that. So if they screw you over, Verizon can't do anything to help. Will be headed to court soon over this and filed complaint with the BBB. read more

Do not go here. It took over a week for my phone to come in then when I went to pick it up they made me activate it in store which meant that they unbox it, peel off the plastic, and make the first phone call. I paid several hundred dollars for a new phone I should choose when to activate it and I should be the one to unbox it etc. Order from the website you will get it shipped over night for free. read more

Agreed..Do NOT go here. They lie to their customers. I went there for promotion of buy 1 phone get 2nd one free. Was told it would take a couple months to see the cost of 2nd phone removed from my bill. It has been over a year and over 8 months of calling almost weekly and they STILL have not honored their promotion and have NO intention of doing so. Andrew (AJ), the store manager, kept assuring me that he was working on it, he was meeting with account mgr next week, didn't get chance to talk to her...next week...then it was he was talking to corporate etc...the lies went on and on and on..for weeks, then months and like I said 8 months later no resolution. Only to be told a few weeks ago that the franchise for that store was sold two months after I purchased phones and new franchise won't honor old franchise's deals! How is that even legal? I don't know what's worse the fact the new franchise won't honor deal OR AJ lying to me all those months. Do NOT trust this store. To make it even worse AJ was quite amused over his ability to string me along knowing that I have chronically ill child who had multiple emergencies I had to attend to and deal with limiting my time to talk to him....horrible morals. How can you do this to a person who is consistently dealing with life/death issues?
