    Our Apple tech, Yaz, was very friendly, helpful, professional, & knowledgeable. When we first entered the store we were greeted and instructed to sign in with the Apple person in the middle. It took us a minute to figure out who this would be as there's no specially designated signage/desk/podium/different personnel attire and there were many Apple staffers assisting customers. We were able to find the sign in person as he was holding a tablet and happened to be signing someone else in. Thus the process could be a bit more organized and streamlined. Overall we were very happy with the service. We would highly recommend this Apple Store and Yaz our technician who was able to answer all our questions very professionally and kindly. Thank you Apple!

    I have visited this Apple Store numerous times over the years where all my experiences have been very positive. Of prime importance the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Apple product lineup and has always been very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and guiding me along the way and pointing me to the the many on line and imbedded resources that are available on the Apple line up. It's always been one of the more enjoyable retail experiences I have experienced over the years where Customer service, whether on line or in a store like the Novi Apple Store, Is cleary a strength for this company and one of the many reasons why I am a big fan of Apple.

    The store has been remodeled due to COVID and doesn't look like an Apple store. I went to the store to return an online order, it was done quickly. But I noticed a big queue when I was leaving. They limit the number of people inside the store. Be prepared for wait times for walk-ins. For other services, one should have prior appointment. They have placed sanitizer stations in the entrance. Social distancing and Masks enforced. They clean the surface after every customer.

    Alex S was our salespeople today. He expertly walked us through the process of purchasing new iPads , cases and pencil. He handled the trade in process smoothly and as quickly as possible installed our apps, music and photo to our new devices. He made what could have been a tedious process easy This Apple store takes your temperature prior to entering, mandates social distancing, and cleans every surface between customers I was very happy with this purchase and store. Thank you Alex.

    Went in here tonight and were greeted quickly by a rep. We checked out the different laptops, phones, and tablets. One of the Apple reps even overheard us wondering about the price of a laptop and he politely chimes in to clear up any confusion. They have lots of accessories at the back and the phone cases are on display for you to test out hands on. I picked up a 12 watt charger and used the app to pay. It's was super easy. No waiting for anyone!

    Had issues transferring data and the staff member was slow, inexperienced and eventually, ineffective. In the end, left quite disappointed.

    Even if you pay for apple care be careful because they will only repair what is broken. And no that doesn't include the phone.

    They don't have a lot of workers so I have to wait sometimes and they aren't always in stock for something.

    I appreciate that Best Buy is really trying to avoid becoming a showroom for the internet. People…read morecan walk in, handle an item, and then buy it on Amazon in two seconds. With that in mind, I visited this location intending to decide on a large purchase. It was not busy on a Saturday morning at 10:30am, and the customer service representative was trying very hard to be attentive even though I could tell he'd been out partying late the night before. I knew exactly what I needed (hair dryer with WiFi), and got out with my purchase in less than 10 minutes. I hope Best Buy can survive another few decades before succumbing to the inevitable.

He is a perfect salesman , not pushy but helpful and patient with us seniors. Secondly I want to thank BEST BUY for having the absolute best floor model sizes, brands and types of various TV configurations. So we bought a little better than what we intended but walked out happy with our purchase and their 2 day delivery! After posting our experience I later read some of the very old reviews. This place is extremely clean, all the staff we bumped into were courteous and friendly . The front lady greeting us as we came in, Kevin and Tyler in the TV section and a guy ?? Walton in appliances. No one here is rude and all were helpful. We will be back here for certain. So the TV set gets delivered and I'm reducing my rating from 5 star to one STAR. When the delivery guys showed up they refused to take off there shoes and were ok with tracking snow on our "just cleaned carpet". I asked if I called your manager what would he say? He said they have those blue booties but they just wet anyway . One guy was plain rude when I asked him about taking the other TV upstairs as I was told they would do as part of the $119 dollar set up charge.. There sei is to take the 85 inch TV out of the box, set it where you want it, plug it in and leave. Afterward, The one guy offered to take the other TV upstairs but I told him not with your snow packed shoes on, trying to call the store and talk to a manager is also non-existent. Worse delivery service I have ever experienced. I had to go back into goggle and yelp to lower rating from 5 Star to one star.

    I called the owner Joey one day because I needed a computer built. I just came into some money…read morewhere I had the ability to spend around $1500 and I told him straight up I needed to stay in that range...he didn't hesitate and responded back IMMEDIATELY. He was able to get me a quote for parts and labor, and let me know when he would have it done and that made me so happy.. I don't like to wait for orders online but he let me know he had some extra parts around that he was willing to throw into the deal.. and ultimately because I was so happy with his response time I was willing to pay him a little more. Since then I've been back to Joey and upgraded my machine with him and he even HELPED ME sell my old parts and replace them with the upgrades. He is extremely knowledgable, personable, we honestly spent more time talking and nerding out than anything. Great guy and does his thing well. I've even seen his setup first hand and I was impressed. Anyone reading this.. Go to him. World Class Computers is amazing.

I use Linux Ubuntu, not every business' cup of tea. Joey contacted me within a day of my email query and we agreed on a date very soon thereafter. I was absolutely delighted with his work. He was fast, efficient and fearless about updating and bringing the desktop up to speed and getting the printer to relate to it. All this and just a great guy as well. I highly recommend him on all counts!
