I needed to pick up a hotspot for work. I was not having any luck getting through on Verizon website and became frustrated. I called this store, was told they had 2 hotspots in stock and I could come down to pick one up immediately. Not only that, but on the Verizon website the hotspot retailed at $149.99, in the store the price was $50. 6 mile drive, no headaches with trying to deal with Verizon online or over the phone and I saved $100. I was thrilled. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The cost of everything was explained, nothing was hidden so when I received my paperwork and read through it I wasn't surprised by anything. If I could give it zero stars, I would! My husband and I went in there and spent over an hour with Linden. The sole purpose of us going in was to save money on our cellular bill. We left the store after Linden said we were saving $50 per month. He sold us on the Netflix package because he said it would save us money and a faster Internet. What he didn't explain is that we had to pay $60 for the new Internet box. Turns out our monthly bill increased by $30 a month, which was more than what we would've paid if we had stayed with our original Netflix plan and our original Internet plan. Luckily we reviewed the receipts that came through our email. To make matters worse when we called to complain they said the manager would not be in until the following day and that his name was Trevon. But the real issue lies in the fact that at 9:45 PM that same night we received a long text message from Linden. Saying he heard we called the store to complain and he was trying to explain himself. While my husband was reading the email at almost 10 o'clock at night, he then began to call my husband. We did not take the call. When we called to speak with Trevon the next day, it sounded like Linden answered the phone, and there was some whispering before he handed the phone to someone else who clearly was not Trevon! Honey I know what a black man sounds like!!!! Bottom line is we found out that this is a cellular sales authorized retailer. These sales associates do not work directly for Verizon. Had to call their corporate offices. We had a really disappointing experience at this Verizon store. There was an Indian man working there who provided some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We had purchased our phones from a third party because Verizon didn't have the models we wanted, and we simply needed help switching them over to our plan. From the start, he seemed annoyed that we weren't buying directly from the store. He pushed us off to the side, prioritizing customers who might make a purchase, and made several rude comments like "what's done is done" and "you should have bought an iPhone 17." The eye-rolling alone said plenty about how little he wanted to help. He had very bad body odor and the second time we came in, he was sleeping across the chairs. It ended up taking three separate visits before everything was finally set up--and during our last visit, he didn't even speak a single word to us. My husband was tempted to go elsewhere even if there was a long wait at a different location. That's how bad the service was. I'm a new customer, since I transferred service over to Verizon I have had nothing but major issues. I have spent 4 days in store, not to mention time spent via chat and on the phone with customer service. I would not recommend the Firestone location; they need more training on account issues and need to have a manager on duty at all times. They do not want to research other issues when a customer has an issue or get a manager to assist them. The Longmont Verizon store was more willing to assist better trained, more knowledgeable and they listened to my concerns. I'm at the point of transferring back to my previous carrier due to the huge lack of care, and resolution. According to the online reviews of this store management needs to be held accountable for their employee's lack of training and how they interact with customers. read more

We had a horrible experience with online fraud. We also needed to buy a new phone on the weekend of the iPhone 17 release before a trip at the same time as the fraud issue. We looked everywhere for help and the phone in stock in Denver and finally was told to come here. D went so above and beyond and helped make sure the fraud situation was taken care of before we left. Bought 2k with of brand new phones and they work terribly. The store does nothing to help and Verizon customer support has been awful. The rep suggested i take a brand new phone and sell it off to pay my cancellation fee all due to terrible phone service. Why'd I pay $2000 + dollars at this store. Warning this is not a real corporate Verizon store. Wife had to replace broken phone. Store is nice inside. Staff was freindly. However they flat out lied to my wife, charges for new tablet were double what she told us. Worse yet she changed our account without us asking and while looking at devices without asking, worse yet could not change it back. Warning this stores sales staff are liars, and incompedent used car salesperson like and cannot be trusted. Had to spend over and hour on the phone with Verizon to only partially get issues resolved this store created. Poor customer service. Drive further to different Verizon location. Counter workspace a total disorganized mess full of fast food, personal items, sports game playing on device. Rep couldn't have been more obvious that I was interrupting both his meal and his game and he just wanted me to leave him alone and not have any questions for him. Went in to exchange iPhone charger purchased less than a month ago that already broke due to defect. Rep had exasperated look on his face when he couldn't see purchase on our account. Couldn't offer exchange and only offered 10% discount on new charger. I'll drive to Longmont's Verizon store next time. They are professionals and at least act as if they want actually want your business. read more

I will only give 2 stars because the customer agent worked with us for about 4 hours. Maybe that is also a bad thing that it took so long. We bought 2 phones, an ipad and added another line. I feel as if the sales agent tricked us into buying a screen protector for $40. He said we would get free lifetime replacements. Not letting me know that there will be an $11.99 shipping fee. I can get 3 screen protectors on Amazon for 7.99. When I called him he said, Oh sorry they must have raised the price. I said that is not ok. He said I'm sorry about that but I'm with a customer and have a nice day. Then hung up on me. He did not say I'll speak with my manager or I'll make sure I'll tell that to customers in the future. I feel like he should have been more up front about this instead of trying to make more commission on sales. Poor customer service! read more

We switched over to Verizon because of my work and this is the closest store to us but I will be driving 15-20 out of my way to get some real help. There are a lot of promises made here but no follow up. Was ensured the "manager" would call me back a couple times but no call. No integrity. I was told that my issue would be solved in 72hrs, nothing happened! I was told today my a saleswoman that the"manager" is too busy to call people back and it would be better if I called Verizon. In short, do not patronize this establishment. They are not a Verizon and will offer ZERO support to you when their mistakes potentially costs you money. I had to take my contract to the assistant to the Verizon Regional CEO to get a resolution to a problem that was 100% their fault. They sold me an $1100 bogo promotion that they tried not to honor due to mistakes on their part and I had to go through a 90-day ordeal that took me from their store, to an actual verizon store, to their resolution service (which was useless), to the aforementioned assistant to the regional CEO. All this while my account is in suppression, countless hours of haggling, explaining, re-explaning, and standing my ground for what was stipulated in my contract that was signed by both myself and their poorly educated/trained staff. It was a total nightmare and throughout the whole process it was me, the loyal customer of nearly 20 years, that they tried to put the onus of their mistake on to SCREW OVER!!!! Not so fast, Cellular Sales!!!! I was born in the night but it wasnt last night and I hope this review saves at least one person the same headache and harassment that I had to endure. The best advice I can give anyone is to drive right by this place and go to a full fledged Verizon wireless retail outlet. The BBB should flag this place and shut it down. DONT GO HERE! The sales team are liars that don't help. My husband and I went into this store in February only to get him a new phone. The sales rep told us if we put $300 towards a new ipad verizon would pay off the rest of the ipad and give us a second new phone for free. Long story short it was all a lie. When we got home the ipad had a line on it which he never mentioned before and the phone was not free. We have been shocked by our monthly bill and feel helpless to get it back to what the guy said it would be. The initial sales rep also told us we had 30 days to trade everything back in no questions asked and when I attempted to do that within one week of realized he had scammed us they told us they had already sent back our old devices so we would have to buy new ones. I have been dealing with this issue since then and got the final word today that they are not going to do anything(they owe us $1,100). Absolute rip off and they act like they are going to solve the problem when you go in the store and then do absolutely nothing. Store manager Ryan said he would take care of the activation fees as an apology and never did that. SO disappointed and lied to. read more

What a terrible experience from the day after I got a phone. The salesman was nice but afterwards the store fails as a whole. I am not going to get to wordy but BUYER BEWARE. They have admitted to deception and chalked it up to untrained staff. They don't care that it happened, just that they have the excuse of "new guy". The manager just repeats that it is the "system" that prevents him from taking care of the customer not him personally. Just be mindful before you go. My 14 day return policy would cost me the iphone I traded in, which they say they cannot return to me and an addition $175.00 more than the $125.00 I paid when I got the phone. This is not a Verizon store. Things cost more make you pay taxes upfront (not on the plan) and just takes extremely long. Seems like great people just not a real store.
