It turned out to be "Sears Appliance Service". We had to wait three days for a tech to come. When he came and took the washer apart, he did not have the part. he said it was common part with GE, but they don't stock it. It had to be ordered. Another three days to get the part. You have to call when the part arrives to set up another appointment for installation of the part. Another three days. We will NEVER buy from Silica again.

I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Even if he was having a bad day he could have walked off the floor and asked someone else to help me. Now, 10 days later things are not working as advertised and the tech that came to the house didn't complete the work in a way that provided a seamless transition. When I said our experience was awful, he shrugged his shoulders, told us to cancel if we didn't like it and walked to the back room.
