I visited the AT&T store today on Pioneer in Fond du Lac, WI. I won't go into a lot of detail. The manager Jaylen M was so rude I ended purchasing a screen saver and turned around immediately to ask for my money back. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Even if he was having a bad day he could have walked off the floor and asked someone else to help me. After I returned the screen saver I just purchased (still in the box) I did share with him I was going to call corporate headquarters. His response was Go ahead I don't care. I don't think he liked his job. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. My elderly father and I went in about 10 days ago to make some changes to the account, upgrade his phone and ultimately move to AT&T TV and Internet. Chris and Matthew were great while we were in the store! Bonded with my dad and totally sold him on the whole package. Then quoted us a price of $60 for everything. They even corrected me when I questioned additional charges he would incur. They insisted that was the full price and extolled the virtues of simplicity and reliability of the products. Now, 10 days later things are not working as advertised and the tech that came to the house didn't complete the work in a way that provided a seamless transition. We returned to the store to talk to dads new pals and Matt won't be in until tomorrow and Chris? Well at first he a yes like he didn't know me, the. When I said our experience was awful, he shrugged his shoulders, told us to cancel if we didn't like it and walked to the back room. We reached out to AT&T and that wasn't as great as expected, but a tech is scheduled for tomorrow so we will see how that comes out. At this point, even though I, personally have been with AT&T for more than 20 years I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Chris Brendelson did an awesome job helping my technology challenged parents get on a cheaper cellphone plan that met their needs. They still have flip phones. He also helped them understand how to access their new account plan. Highly recommend him in general, very knowledgeable about all the Att services. I have had my cellphone with Att for 18 years now, so I am familiar with their services and products. read more

Their customer service employees are very rude and offer no real support or help. I'd have a better conversation with my now dead mother compared to this staffing. Absurdly disappointed and will never come back to this company. Don't plan on passing away ever if you're using this company. They'll want you to still pay for the dead person AND want to talk to them

I've never seen anything remotely close to them. I was told the download would be 100 mbs. When I test it, the speed is normally around 2 mbs and the fastest I've had was just over 12 mbs. I can't wait to get rid of this junk service. Tonight's speed test was so bad, it couldn't test the download speed, only the upload speed. But running the same test with my cellphone in the same location as the T-Mobile device so great service.

Inside, there are rooms filled with all kinds of games and toys. The selection ranges from board games to action figures and everything in between. There truly is something for just about every age and interest. If you are in the mood for something to eat, or want to buy a tasty gift, they also have a case full of different confections. I ended up picking up a couple of items. The staff were friendly and helpful during checkout.
