Ben did an amazing job helping me understand how to set up my phone and the payment plan i was doing for the iPhone 17 pro

19 year customer, always thanking me for my loyalty. But they lied and lied to upgrade me. (No other money except taxes which you pay now) . After $500 additional dollars including taxes and a $150 higher bill for one month. They were nice to sell , but extremely rude when disputing or trying to return items. I went to this store which i was later told was an indirect retail store for verizon .. I was mislead the monthly charge i was quoted didn't match verizon's price i was quoted 140.00 month recd bill from verizon $308.00 and projected month bill for two phones 425.00 a month . I already turned in my three year old iphones to them and got new iphone 15 . When i recd my bill went back as i was told i had 30 days to change my mind ! The thirty days was to return the new phones but i was told could not get my old phones back!! Then i called verizon etc and they told me they had not recd my old phones back and to call that retailer back up . I did got a very rude guy who had absolutely no common sense or customer service oriented! He claimed he was a supervisor which i certainly hope was not a supervisor to talk to me the way he did !! Needed to replace my I phone . Worked with Gabrielle at the Fort Pierce Store . Gabrielle listened very carefully as we talked . She assessed my needs , gave me options on phones and cases . Gabrielle was very professional and knowledgeable about product inventory as she guided me through the process . This store is amazing let me go shopping while I was getting my phone updated. The store is clean the people are dope.

Unlike a number of other Verizon retailers, the staff at this location took the time to actually LISTEN to me and not jump to their own conclusions until afterwards. When I told them I already researched what I wanted in a phone, they used my info instead of launching into a canned sales speech. William Brown, in particular, was awesome! The store's manager also circulated around and helped when he didn't have a customer. They know what they are talking about. Love this store and worth the drive! This store has the worst customer service ever. The agents are arrogant and rude. They are happy to sell you something but if anything goes wrong with what THEY sold you they will straight up tell you that you are sol. I would not recommend going there. The Verizon store in Vero is much better. read more

This place was great. I first went to Port Saint Lucie West Verizon and they told I had to go to apple to fix my phone I came here and they fixed it in 10 minutes. read more
