Long story short, we had almost instant "switcher's" regret when we were dazzled by another company's internet and phone plan. We went to this Verizon location to switch back. Although it took a while for the "win-back" to go through, Dan and Danny were able to help us get everything back to normal before we left the store. Verizon Corporate Store Great Falls, MT (2319 10th Ave S) We placed an online pickup order through Verizon on November 4 and received confirmation shortly after that the order was ready for pickup. On November 7, exactly 72 hours later, we drove two hours to the Great Falls corporate store to pick it up. We arrived shortly after 10 AM and were greeted by the manager, who said the order was being prepared and would be ready shortly. After a few minutes, he returned to say there was an issue preventing completion and that he needed to contact operations for help. Moments later, I received an email stating our order had been canceled at 9:34 AM, something neither of us initiated. After waiting nearly an hour, I asked for clarification on what happened and about the $95 charge that was now on hold. I explained that we did not have an additional $95 to process another order, as canceled merchant transactions often take 3-5 days to refund. The manager acknowledged this but said there was nothing he could do because "the 72-hour pickup window expired." Before leaving, I checked my email again and saw that Verizon had just sent a new message saying our order was still ready for pickup and that today (11/7) was the final day to collect it, exactly as we had planned. I went back into the store to show him this, hoping for some understanding or at least an apology. Instead, he showed me on his iPad that the order had been "canceled at 12:53 AM by the customer" and repeated that we canceled it, which was simply not true. So quick to cancel the order but not very quick to find a solution. Only my 84-year-old grandfather and I are authorized on the account, and he does not have the means or access to cancel an order online. We drove two hours to complete a pickup that Verizon confirmed was ready, only to be told it was canceled by us, without any explanation or solution. When I expressed concern that if the system truly shows a customer-side cancellation, that could suggest a possible fraud or technical issue, the manager simply replied, "I don't know, I can get you to that department," only for it to be a continued wait as it was nothing he could do at that moment to connect me with someone to find an answer . The lack of compassion and accountability was extremely disappointing. We have been loyal Verizon customers for years, carrying multiple devices and paying an average of $700 per month, yet the experience today made us feel unappreciated and dismissed. A little empathy and ownership would have gone a long way, even a simple acknowledgment that the situation was unfortunate and an offer to assist with reprocessing the order. As a long-time paying customer, I sincerely hope Verizon corporate will review this location's customer service standards. Every customer, especially the elderly clientele that filled the store today, deserves to feel respected, supported, and valued, not brushed aside. This experience has left us questioning our relationship with Verizon, and we will be reevaluating our service options moving forward. read more

I love this store. The team there (shout out to Jeff!) helped my wife find a new phone and a better phone plan than the one we were using. The store also made us feel safe because they insisted everyone who entered properly wear a mask. We really appreciated that they took COVID seriously. Great job guys! read more

I went into the store because I had a text message saying VZW would be adding Travelpass to my line for a period of 3 months from 20th June and I found that I was unable to access the Verizon app to cancel this. I explained this to Sara instore and showed her the message. She assured me that she had cancelled this Travelpass (although it wasn't on the line yet) and told me she couldn't solve the app access problem and that I would need to call 611. I asked her several times if it was Travelpass that was cancelled and she said yes. I am a senior but as I wanted the issue solved before I left the store ( I live an hour out of town) I had to then sit on the floor for an uncomfortable period of time until I could access customer services at Verizon who were very nice and walked me through the process but they found that in fact it was the Global plan that had been turned off. This is my only means of communication with my family in the UK. She helped me register on the app and reinstate the global plan and also explained how to turn off the Travelpass when it is in fact put on in June. Thinking the ordeal was over I went back to Sara, not to complain, but to explain that she had accidentally turned off the wrong plan for the benefit of future cutomers. I was met with a very abrasive attitude and was told that it was my fault as I asked her to turn it off and she did not even want to discuss it. When I contested this and said that I didn't expect to be spoken to so rudely she eventually gave a false and hollow apology and walked off. We have been customers of Verizon since 2011 , rarely go in the store, and I found this rude and aggressive attitude to be totally unacceptable. read more

10th Ave S Verizon trash. I'm new to contract phones so when I went on they told me my only options were the unlimited plans. Then they offered and extra wall charger for free but charged me 22$ for it. Wouldn't let me leave without purchasing a case. Glad I realized it when I did. Changed my plan and going back to return this "free" charger. Sad that everyone in this town is about their money. The Verizon online helpers apologized on their behalf so that was nice. Reassured me that my first impression of a contract phone wasn't a complete reality. read more

This is the store I have been going to for the last several years. I have always had a good experience, except for yesterday. We had to wait outside or in our car and we were turned away if we didn't have a mask on. I had one in my car although I don't wear one anywhere. I have bad sinuses and putting a cloth over my face further restricts my breathing to the point of feeling suffocated! Still the guy at the door said I HAD to wear it regardless. I think this is BS! Other stores are not forcing this. This whole mask thing is getting way out of hand! It'a rediculous! And to close stores early is even worse! Seriously they are saying you can't catch covid until after 5pm! Would staying open just an hour later really be that bad? Some of us can't get there until after 5pm. This store use to be relaxing and pleasant to come to. Now it looks like strict government tyranny! The only good thing I have to say about yesterday is the guy that took care of my issues. He was very nice and pleasant and great help. He got all my needs taken care of...new phone, accessories, etc. The extra stars I gave is only because the guy that helped me was good.
