Very efficient wait time never more than 5 minutes and they have knowledgeable staff.

I turned in my IPhone 5 for a $300 promotional credit that they said would appear on my account within 2-3 billing cycles. Now they are saying they were unable to unlock the old phone so they cannot give me the promotional credit. This is a lie. The phone was unlocked by the salesman BEFORE we left the store, I watched him do it! I even verified with the salesman that all was good to go before I left the store that day. In fact, we were at the store nearly 3 hours that day getting the proper codes and passwords to unlock the phone as we were told that we needed to do that in order to get the credit. When they informed me that I would not be getting the credit I requested the return of my IPhone. They said they had given the phone away. The salesman said he had called me several times to tell me to pick up the phone. Another lie. I never received any calls from Verizon advising me to pick up the phone or notifying me that there was a problem with the phone so I requested the dates and time of his calls so I could check my call logs. He admitted that there was no record of such calls. Further, I had been in the store talking with that exact salesman no less than three times within the first month on other matters and never once did he mention trying to contact me or produce the offending phone. Now the store says, "oops can't give you the credit and we gave your phone away, nothing we can do." The corporate customer service has offered to give me half of the credit but it sure seems to me that these folks stole my phone/credit and LIED about it. By the way, I can prove the number of times I was in the store. They are completely unable to back up their story. I wonder if Kevin applied the phone/credit to his own or some friend's account and thought I wouldn't notice. Verizon corporate is trying to resolve this although they also are reluctant to give me the credit because the phone is gone (!!!!) but even they told me that this store is a problem.
