The store is consistently "understaffed". The only reason for the 2nd star is that the person who…read moreended up helping us was fantastic. And keeping people stick in the store for over an hour but no longer having a public restroom is cruel.

Hi Ryan, if you still check your revie. I am so sorry for what you went thru! And believe me, I…read moreknow exactly what you went through! I have been through HELL since June 2025, since my husband's mother got caught up in a Facebook romance with a white trash toothless CRIMINAL! I have been all the way to Executive, Verizon Fraud Supervisor told me Fraud doesn't handle my issues- ESIM SWAPPING PORT FORWARD PINEAPPLE SPOOFING, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND ACCOUNT CHANGES ( at least 9 that I know of) , Impersonating my husband IN THE STORE WE ALWAYS GO TO!!! My husband looks like VIN Diesel from the 1st movie. Slim shady(hacker) impersonated my husband over the phone and cut off our autopay. My husband is a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran, 82nd Airborne Infantry. He doesn't make calls, especially business related- I do it. We have advised Verizon many times to put a note on our account that NO ONE but my husband and I can make changes to our account. And if someone tries, we are to be notified. SO how is this POS going in the store saying he is my husband and doing whatever he wants? UNAUTHORIZED UPGRADES ON BOTH OUR PHONES, (5 on my phone, 2 on my iPad, a MDM installed in my phone , my camera turned into a 24/7 front back live audio & video stream), my husband's iPhone upgraded 2x and a payment agreement added. My phone is barely functioning because SS has complete control over it. We are both having SPOOFING on our devices, FRAUD, THEFT, IDENTITY THEFT , HARRASSMENT, STALKING , TARGETING, TAMPERING WITH INTERNET AND CELLULAR SERVICE, products, providers- we BARELY get the 2 smallest bars for signal! I have shown them physical, screenshot and photographic evidence - they still Don't Care! The ESIM SWAPPING happened at least 2x a week, leaving me without phone service, I got tired of them not doing anything, so I don't even report it anymore. They won't help with Apple or IOS ISSUES, just tell me to wipe and factory reset my phone! I gave them the names, account number, email address of the CRIMINAL, still didn't care! NONE OF THE PROVIDERS OR APP COMPANIES WILL DO ANYTHING, BBB, FCC, FTC, IC3, CPB, POLICE, STATE DISTRICT ATTORNEY GENERAL, DHS, SECRET SERVICE, TBI, THP, POLITICIANS, FBI! NONE OF THEM WILL DO ANYTHING!! Attorneys won't help without a court case, Police won't even take a report , not even after that MF Impersonated a Police Officer using my daddy's name!! If ANYONE sees this and has any information for what I can do to fix this mess, please reply! Over a year and ongoing , I can't do it anymore Susan Franks

I'm pretty mixed about this place…read more.. I mean, I've made numerous purchases here and have been overall happy with my experiences. Just sometimes staff are funny. As in they are nowhere like an actual Apple store. Here and there I'd get a staff member that'll look me up and down and not say a word. My most recent trip though had a really cool fella that asked if I needed help... and we made small talk and THAT'S how locally owned businesses should operate. It makes the customers walk away with or without a purchase with a good feeling and will guarantee that they'll be back in if there's something they are looking for. Service is everything... don't ever forget that. With that said, my favorite part of this place is their "used" gadgets. They are priced very reasonably and depending on your visit, you may score a deal of a lifetime!!! I personally have not purchased any of their used stuff as I've already have the newest of everything, but that doesn't stop me from checking them out and fighting my urges to purchase something I don't need solely because the price is so good.

Ordinarily, I am an on-the-ball person. I tend to do my research prior to making purchases so I am…read moreknowledgeable when I am speaking to sales people. However, when it comes to things breaking, I am completely useless and need someone to hold my hand and walk me through what needs to be done. A week ago, my daughter's iPhone just stopped working. She did nothing to cause it. She was just sitting on her bed and it started acting funny then went off altogether and we could not get it to turn back on. We got the phone 5 months ago so I knew it was still under Apple's limited warranty and I decided to take it in. I searched the Apple site for where to go get help. Simply Mac was first on the list. I guess I mistakenly assumed they were just a small apple store, but it's not related to Apple. I show up at the store and explain the situation to the associate and that any repair should be covered under warranty. First thing he does is look at the phone and ask me if I have had the screen replaced. I told him that we bought it as a brand new phone and nothing has been done to it. He actually made a comment about Verizon selling refurbished phones as new. He then looked at the water indicator light (which I had found enough online to have already have done this) and once he determined there was no water damage looked over the sides. He told me the phone was bent and that would void any warranty from Apple. He showed me the bend and I didn't see whatever it was he was seeing. He said he would take it into the back and open it up, but it already looked like bad news. He came back and said there was no damage internally, but because of the bend the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. I asked what the repair would cost and he said $379. I then asked if we could just send it to Apple to see if they would repair it under the warranty. He told me that he has done that before and Apple just sends them back. He said maybe I could call Apple and beg them and they would go ahead and fix it. He was so cold and unhelpful that I eventually took the phone and said that it looks like I am stuck and have no other option but to buy a new phone. He told me "yeah, sorry." I left the store and the next day went to Best Buy Geek squad to get a second option. A friendly man immediately took my phone in the back to run their checks on it. He came out and told me that my phone was going to have to be sent away and it would take 16 days. I asked if it was covered under warranty and was told yes. Out of curiosity, I then asked if there was anything we could have done to have caused this. He told me we did nothing and it was just a dead phone. Lesson definitely learned.

ATTENTION: READ BEFORE REPAIRS…read more These guys messed my phone up beyond repair and refused to do ANYTHING about it. Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE OR PAY ME FOR IT. He stood behind his employees so he as well wasnt responsible for there actions and it wasnt money out of there pocket! #straightGARBAGE! Does not even deserve one star, but had to select it to warn everyone else of there secrets, and how they do business, and could care less about there customers. Wish I wouldn't have e paid for that screen repair now or gave them a phone for free cause now I have no option but to go pay $1600 out of MY POCKET again....smfh! If you choose to give this company your money, THATS ON YOU! but if you read my review, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I will continue to come here for all of my tech needs!read more

After agreeing to swap carriers they blatantly lied about promotions they were having guaranteeing it would give us the best deal in reality, they were going to cost us out the rear. We swapped over and traded in our phones which they were supposed to buy out. They stole our phones and did not give us a credit or paid for our phones. Our first bill rolls around and its $800 for a single month bill for 2 phones. After calling and trying to fix the issue we were given the run around and avoided by the store manager, we were able to catch her in store, and she hid in the back until she realized we weren't leaving and proceeded to tell us they were nothing they could do but they admitted and recognized the fraudulent charges on our account. After continuing to press the issue the employee who sold us the plan told us to "Suck it up and just pay it." this has been a 4 month process and we are nowhere close to resolving the issue and we are out over 1,000 dollars paying off the phones that this location stole from us. I'm writing this scathing review in hopes somebody reviews this before visiting this store. ATT in a whole minus a couple operators are completely full of it and instead of helping the issue they hung up on us. I would not recommend ATT as your phone carrier but I strongly urge you to visit ANY location other than this one. The staff is profoundly unprofessional and rude. I have exhausted all resources and patience to resolve this issue within ATT systems and will now seek legal action from here on.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING AN IPAD FIXED AT THIS STORE…read more I have been waiting to get some iPads fixed. My kids and family break them pretty regularly, I will save up 3 or 4 broken ones and take them all to get fixed at the same time. I normally use cell repair shops, but I saw Batteries Plus, and I figured I would give them a try. They wanted 50-100 dollars more than any other place. I decided to give it a go with my 8th gen iPad. A little over two hundred dollars seemed steep, but, I was OK with it if they were going to use quality parts. They did it fast enough... I came back and checked it out, but I made a huge mistake. I used the power button to turn the iPad on, not the home button. This lead me to forget to test the home button. The screen works fine, but they destroyed the home button. It won't push like it did, it wobbles, and it takes 3 - 4 tries to get it to work, sometimes more. THEY HAD TO KNOW they didn't repair it correctly, yet they said nothing. I've had shops put in digitizers that had dead spots, and pitted sub-quality glass. This is just as blatant, no pride in the work they did. I paid more than $200 and received something broken in return. I set the IPad in a drawer and did not use it for a month, I get it out today and the screen has separated at the bottom edge. 2 Strikes, other shops in Greeneville and Johnson City, TN, charge up to eighty dollars less for the same service.
