If I could, I would give them 0 stars. The "person in charge" had serious attitude and would put all of the blame on the customer until she got on one of her soap box tangents and unearthed what actually happened in a situation. She played dumb until she got called out and even then she would try to put all of the blame back on the customer. She was not helpful at all and had zero resolution besides "this wouldn't have happened if you went to a corporate store". NOTED. DO NOT GO HERE - take the extra time and go to Hadley. I will tell everyone I come in contact with what terrible experience we have had over the last few months dealing with this one woman and this store so they can save themselves the stress and headaches. read more

The man in the dress was yelling at a customer when I got there and told me they couldn't help me transfer my account to a business account. The store didn't even have any demo phones out. The displays were all blank. Went to Hadley and the atmosphere was way more professional and welcoming. They informed me that the greenfield store isn't even a real Verizon store, and they spend half their time in Hadley cleaning up Greenfield's messes. read more

Awful. Avoid at all costs. The "salesperson" started off by saying "do you want to change your number"? Why would I do that? Because, he explained, my number is listed as a landline "in the system" and would take 4-6 phoneless days to fix. I went to my carrier T-mobile, they wrote an email saying this was not true. Like an idiot, I went back and the guy "explains" that it's Verizon's system that indicates landline and reiterates all the bullshit he led with. He also told me there was no one I could speak with regarding this but the manager "would probably be in on Monday". I went to the Verizon store in Hadley, a corporate store. Ray, the manager, did the complete set up with no problems. He said the guy in Greenfield was lying, probably because he wasn't trained. So, I get to keep my number, I've switched back to Verizon and I get to warn people to stay away from that store. read more

Terrible, awful, ridiculous, frustrating- this place is a scam. We tried Verizon but found the service didn't work in our house. Returned phones 8 days later and were charged over $300 for god knows what. They put cases and screen protectors on the new phones and did not tell us we would be charged for them. Then we were told the SIXTY-FIVE DOLLAR screens are nonrefundable. The people in the store were absolutely no help. The girl working there was apathetic, flippant, and I felt like I was talking to a robot programmed with generic responses. When my husband went in she sat and ate her lunch while she was helping him. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but found that this particular store doesn't exist on their site. I went into this store today to upgrade my phone. I started talking to a male and he ask me if we could move over to the other computer. Sitting there was another employee who immediately grabbed my phone and starteted to take over the sale thought he was her rude and asked me for my license. I did not have it and said why do you need it. It the most aggressive manor he said for your own protection. I unplugged my phone and started to leave. This person said something I'm not quite sure what it was and I tuned and said just shut up. Well with fire in her/ his eyes they charged at me and yelled get out and never come back. They have no clue what they're doing in there. Every time my boyfriend & I go into this store it's always a shit show. They're famous answer is "we can't help you" We go in there just to get a new screen protector & they have to call corporate for help. Their computers never work. Bought my wife a Stylo V2 cell phone from Amcomm in Greenfield, MA. The clerk spent a long time telling us what he couldn't do for us because we weren't getting a contract then sold the phone to us for $40 over Verizon corporate retail price. We didn't realize this at the time. We called back and spoke to the manager. He told us in a snarky voice, "I can sell it for anything I want." In other words, BUYER BEWARE! I guess he does not believe in repeat customers. We decided it wasn't worth the gas to go pursue it further. We just wanted to try somewhere other than Walmart. Is it wrong to want a fair deal? P. S My wife is happy with the phone. It is just the customer service that's lacking. I remember when you could just buy something; now you have to research everything. read more

I dread going here. But, I dislike 3rd party stores in the first place, their contracts differ from the contracts you get from Verizon.

Terrible customer service. Store manager was fake-nice in a really condescending way. I came in to get an upgrade, and when we began to talk about pricing he immediately started by telling me what I want from a phone and which plan is best for me. When I sarcastically told him that I'm glad that he knows what's best for me, he believed it for a second and even said 'you're welcome,' before catching on. Zero rating. Went into the Mohawk Trail store an hour ago to see why my phone was overheating and was immediately told I was a liar. Kevin, the clerk on duty, took my phone, turned it over, looked at the label on the back and said "you didn't buy this here (after I'd told him I did). This is a refurbished phone and we never sell refurbished phones". I did buy it there, and after he finally looked it up and saw that I bought it there in September, said "you have to call Verizon and follow their instructions to fix it. They might give you a new phone". No apology for being rude, and apparently no awareness that he'd called me a liar to my face. I was going to buy a case for my phone today.
