I can't say enough good things about the ongoing customer service I received and am still receiving from Tyler Williams. He was excellent in every way when we signed up for three new phones, but more importantly, he has helped me twice now in navigating questions /problems I have had ( like adding/deleting services) after the sale. Quite often, once you buy something, the service ends or is not so great... not here. I feel like I have a personal sales representative when I have issues. Well, I can't speak for the entire staff at this location, but there is most definitely one absolutely INCREDIBLE salesperson, Michael Kerekes! Mike goes above and beyond (and I don't use that term lightly) to ensure the customer is completely taken care of. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over a decade and I promise you- if it wasn't for him, and him alone, I would have jumped ship year ONE. Although he gets ZERO commission/ credit/ recognition unless he's selling something, this angel will call customer service for me, figure out glitches in my iPhone, help me set up my internet, figure out billing discrepancies, and has even HAND DELIVERED a phone to my office- fully charged I might add. I made a second trip to another Verizon (near the new IHOP) after being dismissed at the first store by a young female that had no interest in helping me update my phone. I was lucky to have Neil Lineberry assist me. He promptly greeted me at the front door, asked me what I needed, and then had me leave my phone so he could switch me over to my new iPhone with no problems. I had to run an errand and when I picked up my phone, Neil spent time with me, answered a few questions I had about the new phone, and made me feel valued as a customer and respected. He suggested a new type of seal versus a phone cover screen and showed me the warranty information to register it. I will NEVER go to the other store and have already referred a couple friends to Neil. He genuinely cares about the company and does a fantastic job with his clients. They were helpful and the space was clean, but they didn't have verizon products for chargers and such and what they have is definitely with jacked-up prices. $30 for a no-name basic charger?!? I needed it, but I won't go back there, and I don't recommend it. If you can get to a real Verizon store, do that. read more

Unfortunately, I have to echo the terrible reviews that have already been put up. The process of renewing my family's contract of 4 lines and tradein of 4 phones was a harrowing experience that lasted almost 6 months. We were promised a dec in our monthly premium if we changed our plans along with a separate credit for tradein of 4 phones. After a month we were charged a fee that negated any credit we received. When I contacted the rep, she flat ignored multiple attempts at contact for a couple of weeks. Then she promised to check with her manager saying that the charge can sometimes stem from the tradein phones being deemed broken. But she knew from helping us transfer our data over to the new phones that that was not the case. Almost 4 months went by with this issue unresolved. She would ignore all phone calls and voice messages and a text to her would take on average 1-2 weeks before a response of "my manager has still not gotten back to me." Finally, after time elapsed enough where a refund would not be possible, she tells me that I will not be getting a separate credit for the tradeins but that the credits were part of the lower monthly premiums for our account. My problem is twofold. One, the rep used either deliberate lies or misinformation to sell the phones and profit off of our used phones. Two, the terrible customer service rendered by the rep. Needless to say, I will never be going back to US Cellular for my business again. read more

SO.. yesterday (2-22-20) I had dropped my phone (note8) for what would end up being its last drop. At first glance I thought just the screen on the case was cracked, as I/we (hubs was with me doin nothing important) I informed him i dropped it, showed him we continued on. Well after further inspection, yea.. I had done a good job on breaking my phone. It literally was cracked and looked like a rainbow, yes a rainbow. more of a full rainbow tho. So.. we skedaddle on over to a Verizon store, the 1st one didnt have stock in (THANKS BEER VIRUS & not the barley & hops kind). Ended up making our way on over to the Westover store..YAY.. .. where we were greeted warmly, like walking into your favorite aunt's house (the only thing missing was a hug, but not sure how that would of been perceived. You know personal space an stuff) ‍ Ricki was the person..she was our person.. very patient with us. And I am truly glad she was. Because she was SUPER informative and extremely helpful, answered all my questions. As I let my note go over that rainbow bridge to wherever broken, discarded old cell phones goes (I'd like to think a farm, a farm for misfits electronics where its sunny and eveyone has a full charge. Wiped clean of toddlers sticky fingers and well..those unmentionables). As Rickie guided us into the shinny new phone capabilities (as I was wanting note10 5g's or note10+). Come to find out 5g is not readily available to all of GSO, according to a map it is only in Nacho Park over by Bennett college So we danced and joked even had magical tea (that btw if you ever have a complementary cup. Let it cool cuz it's hot af, water comes out of that machine MELT YOUR SKIN OFF HOT) We ended up with the note10+ and it's kind of amazing, I am not disappointed at all. Rickie also helped us with a plan upgrade, which really isnt a huge price diff in what we were paying just ensures us not going over. Which THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT, Ms.Rickie. As we wrapped up the evening and had our shinny new phone..IN A CASE.. Leaving the Westover store with a smile and a forever lasting warm hug. What a useless store. Visited twice in one week, spent 10-15 mins each time and nobody even offered to assist me. I was looking to upgrade my phone, and saw a few on display. But-- No info tags on phones No label for make or model of phone No info for phone features No prices So I couldn't even pick one out and go home and order it from Verizon online. read more

Having been a Verizon costumer forever, there was no question as to who I would use as a service provider - Verizon. What heightened my experience was going to the store two weeks ago with my significant other. We were met there by Kate Garrett. She was spectacular - pleasant, knowledgeable, listened well and make a chore into a very satisfying experience. We both commented to each other how nice it was. Well, I needed to get a phone this week. I called Kate and made an appointment. She was there to greet me - no waiting, no hoping I'd end up with this person or that person. She listened to my list of needs, checked out my phone, made some sensible suggestions and we picked a phone with which I'm really pleased. Usually this is a chore I dread because of having to learn the differences in the new versus the old phone. Kate made that happen so well that it was seamless. Additionally, she came out to my car to help be connect the phone to the CarPlay. I know that's not terrible hard, but I did need the help. So, I'm completely satisfied and know I can return or call her with questions and that I can trust what she says. read more

Bought my iPhone 7plus here and a $50 tempered glass screen protector because I was told I would get free replacements for life if it cracked. Came in for the first time today and a rude rep told me they don't do that anymore. Cell phone places like this have gone so far downhill with the scams and lies. They would sell your souls for a pack of crackers. I called the customer service number you provided and wasted another 30minutes of my life. All they did was tell me to call the screen protector customer service. Who told me they don't have anything to do with promises Verizon makes to their customers. read more

Second time using Cellular sales... both times they added charges which I specifically declined. Had to call VZ to get taken off bill. One time is a mistake... twice is policy. Won't return. Watch your bill... even if you decline phone insurance (Total Mobile Protection) they may add it to your bill. Also, watch for them charging you a "device setup fee"... which is basically just restoring your icloud backup. Even if you decline they will try and charge you... this is different from the Verizon activation (or Device upgrade fee). This is simply a fee Cellular Sales tries to bury on your checkout bill for turning on your phone. Dishonest and sneaky. read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM THIS STORE! They are not Verizon Wireless, they are a third party. They simply sell the phones, and are in no way affiliated with Verizon. My phone broke, and when I went to return the device and file a warranty claim, he lies to me and tells me that I need to go to Verizon's corporate headquarters and they can warranty the phone there. LIES! I can do no such thing, since I didn't buy the phone from Verizon, I bought it from the authorized dealer, and thus the warranty is the dealers responsibility. I also just got my iPhone screen repaired/replaced there in a matter of 20 mins for an affordable price. Incredible experience. Joe knew exactly what we needed and even set up an iPad for me to watch NCAA Basketball while he set up a new phone! He was able to do some sort of Apple ID voodoo which saved us hours on the phone with those guys! Went in back in February to add my mom to my plan. Adding her to the plan was easy and straight but where thinks went sideways...we got her a "free" $200 smart phone. Basically there would be a charge for the device on the billing statement but there will also be a credit to match until the phone was "paid" for. 5 billing cycles later and it's still not being credited. I've contacted Corporate Verizon and they believe they've resolved the issue and the credits going forward and past will show up on my next bill. The problem appears that the agent never put in the paperwork for the promotion. Guess I'll see in a month or so if they managed to fix it. Highly recommend going to an actual Verizon store instead of a Authorized Retailer!!! read more

I have been with Verizon for well over a decade. I dropped my trusty flip-phone in my coffee. I do not use data or social media on my phone. I was convinced by a veteran employee, Jay Laws, to upgrade to a Smartphone. I asked several times about the bill and was told it would increase $10 a month. I bit. It was all untrue. There was a $40.00 surcharge that was not disclosed and an upgrade fee that was not disclosed. My next bill went from $68 to $137. My bill ended up going up $21.00 a month, not $10.00. Verizon was able to help with the initial bill via internet but I was not given the proper and correct information to make a reasonably educated decision up front. I implore others to avoid this salesman and if in doubt, stay with your "dumb phone" or switch to a cheaper carrier. If you trust the sales people there, you may end up regretting it read more
