    Cameron was able to fix my charging port on the spot. It was a Motorola one 5g ace, and it took less than a half hour.

    They do not use certified Apple products. Phone has not worked properly since I took it in for repair.

    I had a truly appalling experience at this location. I returned with a battery that I had purchased…read moreless than six months ago--already dead--and instead of being met with basic customer service, I was spoken to in a degrading and dismissive manner by the first employee who assisted me. As if that wasn't bad enough, the manager stood in the back near the doorway the entire time, watching silently as I was disrespected in front of my daughter. Eventually, the manager did step forward--but not to help. Instead, he doubled down on the rudeness, repeating everything the first employee said with an even more condescending tone. At one point, he even told me not to bother calling the corporate office because "they wouldn't do anything either." That level of arrogance and complete disregard for accountability was absolutely unacceptable. I came in ready to not only resolve the battery issue but to purchase another for a new key. I was willing to continue doing business here despite the inconvenience--but after how I was treated, I wouldn't spend another dime with this company. As a long-time customer, I was shocked at the blatant disrespect, lack of professionalism, and refusal to take responsibility. It's clear customer loyalty means nothing here. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I won't hesitate to share this experience so others are aware of the way customers are treated.

    In searching for a XBox360 service center to repair a general hardware failure (red ring of death)…read moreI stumbled on Xperts360 with same day repair service. After seeing their office and work areas covered in dust, dirt and bags of garbage I should have questioned their ability to fix my Xbox360. However, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the reapir job. I was quoted $35.00 to repair the fault and install a new 12V fan that would allow the game console to run cooler. I picked the Xbox360 up around 5:30PM and did not closely inspect the game console until I arrived home. Again another error on my part as the ejct button had been left off the system when the case was put back together. I called Xperts360 back and got VM; I left a VM and asked for a followup return phone call. By the end of the 2nd afternoon I still had not received a return call and called back. They were apologetic and asked for me to bring the Xbox360 back and it would be rectified. Fast forward 10 days; I returned from a trip and turned the Xbox360 on only to discover the hardware failure again. I packed the game console up and brought it back to the reapir center at 12:30PM on Saturday 09/17/2011 to discover the door locked. I called the number I had on file for the repair center and was informed they did not open until 1PM. I left and returned at 2:30PM to my surprise the door was still locked and no one was there. Thinking that there may have been some type of emergency I planned to drop it off after work on 09/19/2011. Fast forward to 09/19/2011 at 5:05PM; after leaving work early and rushing from Greensboro to drop the Xbox360 off I was shocked at the treatment I received by the owners of the company. Not only are they unprofessional and rude they lack the basic common people skills to maintain positve customer service. This all stems from my desire to have the owner write on the invoice I was provided that a $25.00 charge would not be due upon pickup of the game console. I was infomred that they "just" put it on there so they can keep track. I was also informed that it was his prerogative on whether or not he charged the $25.00 repair fee. I then questioned him about the warranty which is clear on the receipt of 15 days; I was infomred no such warranty exist from them and I was lucky that they would service it "free of charge". If you have a clearly stated warranty on your recipet then their warranty is beyond question and to tell someone who has paid for a service and been inconveienced multiple times that no such warranty exist is ludacris. If you have a game console or computer to get serviced I would highly encourage you to find a reputable dealer and or service center that keeps regular hours, is there during posted business hours, is professional and knows how to maintain good customer relations. If these things are not important to you and you don't mind having to reapir something 2 weeks after having it repaired then this might work for you. Update** Google Coupons clearly show a Xbox360 repair coupon for $24.99 with a 30 day warranty - exp Dec 31, 2011. Clearly they claim to offer a warranty on services; unless you need to use it then it's at their discretion on whether or not they offer one. Update #2** Xbox360 is up and running again. Received Xbox360 back after having it reflowed using a reflow machine. The new service center was concerned as most of the internal screws had not been reinstalled when Xperts360 reassembled the game console. Furthermore, it appears that Xperts360 do not have a reflow machine or anything more than a soldiering gun. This is like putting a bandaid on an open wound; it may work for a bit but it will not last. If you run the console the "bridge" that was created with the soldering gun will seperate again under high tempture that occurs under normal operation. If you need service make sure they have a reflow machine and know what they are doing. If I could rate at 0 stars In would!!!
