The first time we called them to let them know we aren't whoever was here and they said they didn't have address in their system . We called today and magically address was back in their system and to boot our neighbors said their people were looking in our windows which I'm fairly sure is illegal. We will be looking further into this and may even hire an attorney or look at other legal avenues

I visited the Harrison AR Aaron's store in person on a FRI and spoke to Jason, the General Manager. He was polite and explained how the rentals work, saying there was no deposit, just rent and the items could be turned in at any time. I advised that we would need 2 bedroom suites and a living room set. He told me to go online and find exactly what I needed and call him. I found a couch and love seat in store that I liked but went online that evening to choose the bedroom suites. I called Jason back Saturday morning. He took the info but said he wasn't sure what they could do but he'd get with corporate and call me back. I inquired about the living room set I'd seen in store the day prior and he said it was gone already. (I was hoping it could be delivered that day as he'd said before that if it was in stock they could get it to us same day or next day.) Jason NEVER called me back. I tried to reach him Sat evening about 4 or 5pm but got no answer so assumed the store was closed. Monday morning I called the store and was told Jason was busy so I spoke to a female sales woman. She assured me she'd get with Jason and call me back within the hour. During this conversation, she mentioned something about me being a "short term lease" and seemed doubtful about how much they could help me. I got the impression she was anxious to get off the phone and not really interested in my business. About 4 or 5 hours later, she called back stating that the manager was gone that past Sat and they didn't know that Sat was the cut off time to order for delivery by Wed of the current week so it would be at least Thurs of the following week before they could have anything to me. She said for me to go online and do everything there. I verified with her that I had until Sat to choose and she said yes. At this point, I was amazed at the lack of service but did go online Tues evening to order as I knew exactly what I needed. When I saw a phone # for customer service online, I decided to just call the next day to be sure I wouldn't get the run around again. My feelings about this business were confirmed when Samantha, the service rep at corporate put me on hold while she called the local Harrison store to speak to Jason. Samantha came back on the line to say Jason informed her that he needed approval from the Regional Mgr to do a "short term" rental and that he had indeed gotten this approval a couple of days ago but couldn't contact me because he'd misplaced my information. I informed Samantha that it was Monday that I last called the store and as this was Wed, that was two days ago, but nothing was mentioned about needing approval at that time. In fact at NO TIME was I ever told that they didn't want my business or that there were special approvals needed for "short term" leases. Samantha was polite and helpful as she could be but told me I really needed to lease through the store instead of online. I told her I'd make a decision but likely wouldn't do business with this company due to the lack of service I'd experience. Meanwhile, I'm sitting on the floor and sleeping on a tent cot....but this evening I will go to locally owned Castle Rental, who I called and informed of my situation and who is willing to help me get the furniture we need.

He knew the answers to every single one of my questions before I had even asked him, I will not be going through another phone company!

    I was a 3 year long customer of Cricket Wireless and had my bill setup for auto pay. Last month…read moresomething went wrong and their auto pay did not go through (it was being billed through my credit card and whatever the cause of this, it was not through any fault of mine). I contacted Cricket when it came to my attention, which was only one day after the pre pay bill was due to pay it manually and they informed me that I would have to pay a $15 reconnect fee despite the circumstances of how the bill should have been paid through their autodraft system. They refused to waive the $15.00 fee; therefore I decided to switch carriers. Fast forward 20 days later and I did in fact switch carriers and called Cricket to find out when I could expect a refund of the unused days that I paid for, to which they replied that no refund would be given as this is their company policy. So in essence, they want you to prepay for a month of service, but you will not receive a refund if you opt out of their service mid month. Also, you cannot depend on their autodraft process for billing, and you will get charged a reconnect fee if you are even one day late with your payment. Cricket Wireless is the absolute worst!!
