I had Sprint service since 2000 there were some issues then service improved. I was looking…read moreforward to the Sprint and T-Mobile merger. ever since the change over to T-Mobile the service has been horrible. I upgraded to a new phone and and new T-Mobile sim. The service has deteriorated to the point I can hardly use my phone at times. I could sit it my office and had full service. Now I often have to go outside to use my phone. At home I can't send text messages sometimes. Don't get me wrong they have great people working in the T-Mobile stores. They are awesome and try to help. However the "working on the tower excuse" is getting old. I thought it was my phone but I have to associates that have T-Mobile and have the same service issues. I am at the point where I am ready to cancel my service after over 20 years.

Went into this store and they replaced it for me with a brand new phone right on the spot. All smiles and no worries. Smooth, easy process.
