We bought a new Apple phone at Cricket, but discovered that we had no service at our home or at a…read morenearby apartment complex either. You have 7 days to return the phone for a refund. We went there on the 7th day, but it turns out that Cricket is closed on Wednesdays. CLOSED on a business day in the middle of the week! We went back the next day and they said... It's day 8 now so you are slam out of luck with us. They wouldn't refund any money and left us with an expensive phone that has no service essentially. The bad part is, they weren't apologetic or even friendly about it. They were quite curt. I highly recommend going with a more reputable company like T-Mobile or Verizon. Cricket doesn't seem to care about their customers once the phone is sold! Oh, and they won't unlock the phone either so we could go to a company with service in our area. Don't shop there!

Horrible customer service and when I call in I get the OFFSHORE team who treats me even worse, as if they aren't on the clock and being paid for it. I have been being charged every single month and most days I have no signal. I have documented this with screenshots of signal loss consistently and of the conversations I have had with the employees , and taking this to BBB since you refuse to help me as well as the other paying clients.

The computer that FBS built was a complete joke and was at least 1000 dollars overpriced. The computer constantly froze at the boot screen and would then it would need a fresh install of windows in order to work again. When we took it back to FBS they claimed it was a "software" problem and therefore the warranty would not cover it. After constant problems, and returning the computer exactly 6 times (the last being for a 6 month period) we decided to give up and I built a brand new computer myself. I have tested the computer that FBS has built with a new GPU, PSU, HDD, and OS and STILL this piece of crap that FBS sold us locks up. In short, FBS installed crappy components at an exorbitant price and would not go back and fix the mistakes they made. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
