Every one of them was professional, courteous, and did great work.   Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative side of the business, which has gone drastically downhill since the company was bought out around 2020. What was once a well-run and customer-focused operation is now disorganized, confusing, and rigidly corporate.   After moving outside their service area at the end of 2024, I was charged an early cancellation fee, something I had never been made aware of, and frankly, it made no sense considering I had been with them for nearly 14 years. At no point during my time with American Pest Management was I made aware of an annual contract, and not once did I receive a renewal notice... until after I had already canceled service. That was the first and only time I ever received a renewal notice in all those years.   Because of that notice, I reached out to ask whether the new owners of our house had continued service, since I had been told by American Pest that if they did, I would be refunded the cancellation fee. When I followed up, I was told this refund offer had "never existed."   So which is it?   This kind of inconsistency, coupled with the complete disregard for a long-term customer, is deeply frustrating. To be hit with a cancellation penalty almost 14 years of continuous service is not just disappointing, it's exploitative. If this is how American Pest Management treats loyal customers, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.   Again, the technicians are wonderful, and this review is no reflection on them. But the business practices, customer communication, and administrative policies are seriously broken.   I would not recommend American Pest Management based on how I was treated. Loyalty clearly means nothing to them.

Seriously the people on the help lines made me nearly regret my decisions to change multiple phone lines for my family to AT&T. They worked diligently to make sure everything that needed to be done got done and took the reins on talking to people on the phone to get connections actually connected. I have no problem with call centers not being in the United States...except when they are rude and legitimately DO NOT HELP. Thank you to the AT&T store in Manhattan, KS for being capable and courteous. The 5 lines I transferred are worth it when the right people are available to help. We are saving money after being with Verizon for a decade and so far the service is good and this store's customer service is INCREDIBLE!!

We went there on the 7th day, but it turns out that Cricket is closed on Wednesdays. CLOSED on a business day in the middle of the week! We went back the next day and they said... It's day 8 now so you are slam out of luck with us. They wouldn't refund any money and left us with an expensive phone that has no service essentially. The bad part is, they weren't apologetic or even friendly about it. They were quite curt. I highly recommend going with a more reputable company like T-Mobile or Verizon. Cricket doesn't seem to care about their customers once the phone is sold! Oh, and they won't unlock the phone either so we could go to a company with service in our area. Don't shop there!

Unfortunately in order to do the necessary overrides to the system I had to be in the store I purchased my phone from, so I was sent to this location. At this location, my problems were dismissed without apology and it seemed as though I was the silly one to even suggest the manager do an override so I could get my 27 day old phone replaced (because of a manufacturer's mistake) in store instead of having to wait 4 days. Do yourself a favor if you want to be helped by someone who at least pretends to care: go to the East Manhattan location.
