During our wait for a rep, it seemed clear that the staff were knowledgeable and working efficiently with customers. It didn't take long to be helped and we were able to get 100% of our needs met in that visit. This is not a criticism of the staff of the store, but do wish online offers could be utilized in store (free activation) as we needed a SIM card right away and could not wait to have one shipped to us. We are already T-mobile customers adding a line to an existing phone.

I visited the store to consider switching providers and was seeking a less expensive plan. I barely received a greeting when I entered...mind you, the store wasn't crowded at all (only myself and one customer who was being assisted). I felt as though I was a bother to two sales reps....both looked like a deer in headlights as they pondered who was going to help me. Reluctantly one asked what I needed. I proceeded to tell him as my blood began to boil, but had to pause to let him know that he REALLY seemed like he didn't want to be bothered/help me. Well, guess what? You don't have to tell me twice. I immediately let him know how poor the service was and asked for a manager. Loooorrrrdddd, she was NO better. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, right? Omgudness. Extremely poor people skills (seemed as though she walked in from the street and grabbed a manager badge)! I pretty much lit into her about the awful customer service (or lack thereof) then told her how filthy the store was and I mean it was BAD! There was trash all over the floor, crumbs everywhere...really? She told me they could not vacuum while customers were in the store. HELLO!!! How about making sure your store is Clean before closing the night before and scoop up trash during the day as needed. It's not rocket science, come on people! Absolutely no pass! That said, I will NOT and I repeat, I will NOT switch my cell phone provider to go over to such an unprofessional group such as these folks. This is a terrible representation of T-Mobile. I'd rather pay more each month and be treated with courtesy and appreciation than to have a less expensive plan and be treated like scum. And yes, I STILL look for quality customer service and sharp people because I'm one! It's not a thing of the past. Shame on y'all's JANKY tails T-Mobile. SHAME!!!

Spectrum separately bills cable TV and phone service, yet for a seasonal stop they do not separate…read more I could not temporarily stop cable TV without stopping outgoing phone calls; not good when my home alarm calls out on the phone line. To resolve that I discontinued my cable TV since it is unknown if the house will be occupied in the future or sold. There is no prorating the bill, I have to pay for the entire billing period. Next thing I know I receive a bill for three pieces of leased equipment I did not install, but apparently it is my responsibility to remove the equipment. Wish they would have I informed me on the call. They did not volunteer to send me a box or return shipping label; I had to ask. Then I learn if I want to retain phone service I need to keep the modem and return only two pieces of equipment. It became apparent to me, and I verified, they not only disconnected my Cable TV, but also my phone service. We got the phone service reinstated and I disconnected the router and cable TV box. Their name may have changed to Spectrum, but their service is still on par with Time Warner.

Of course I did not say hey, set in the middle of the room! It came in from a side closet from outside and mounted up in the walk-in closet in the air. What more could you ask for? The speeds are faster than advertised and they consistently work. I live in blue Springs, Missouri and Troy was my tech. He was curious to know why I moved here from California got to know me a little bit and we had a good conversation. I got to know him a little bit about his family he was very open and have a great customer service skills. Nothing but positive things to say about Troy and I hope he's my tech in the future to take care of us and thats if we have any issues. Which I hope we don't... Ha ha ha And I'm actually writing this review now because the AT&T Internet plastic covering that in the grass was shattered and it's been that way for quite some time. We live in a new development so I thought I'd wait until things are finished so I can ask for someone to come replace it. One of our neighbors was getting some work done so I want talk to the guy. His name is George. Helpful man... He came over write up a ticket and he informed me as I was leaving I put in a ticket and he doesn't know the turnaround time but when I get done, it'll be sooner than later I thought great! So far nothing but positive experiences with this company! With their Internet Not their wireless service because that is a whole nother problem. Ha ha ha stay away from AT&T wireless! But AT&T Internet! Faster speeds. Low ping. Fast uploads!
