After wasting an hour with this guy, he told me to return the tower to a local T-Mobile store to get my deposit back, which I tried to do. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the store rep told me that I was given misinformation- they don't accept the boosters in the store. T-Mobile's customer service is horrible, their service is pitiful, and they raised our price by $10.00 a month after guaranteeing that my rate was locked in for life.
