Don't believe anything the sales people tell you at this Lincoln City Verizon store. They promise promotional credits to get your business but they don't materialize. Also no response to follow up communication. I will say that the phone & internet service works well. Just don't expect to get any financial breaks. If your current service is working, don't bother changing to save money. read more

This has been my phone store for years. I have had excellent service on all visits until today, which I have reviewed favorably. Today I had an issue. My phone charged fine overnight as usual, but even though I tried a variety of chargers, would not charge this afternoon. I visited the store about 5:30, and there were two men working. One was helping other customers (has helped me before--very capable). The other (Greg?) came out of the back to "help" me. He could NOT have been less helpful if he tried. He did not take his hands out of his pockets except to briefly tap my phone to see what model it was. Several of my questions (what could cause this, for example) were answered with literal shrugs. He did not plug the phone in, look at the port or exhibit any semblance of customer engagement. He was insultingly rude and dismissive. When I said that it came on fairly suddenly, he shrugged (again) and said "i don't know what you've been doing--I haven't been with you all day." True? Sure. Unnecessarily obvious and unhelpful? Also true. I was shocked at his attitude and left the store speechless. Went to ATT down the road, where I am NOT a customer, where I was pleasantly greeted, the issue identified and resolved within 3 minutes. held hostage in the store until 930 ( 2 and a half house after closing ) had no idea how to switch our phones from another provider . between the kid working there and the phone tech , neither of them knew how to help . my wife ended up doing most of their job for them . now a couple weeks later we get the bill , the streaming services are NOT included in the price we were quoted , they are extra . AND they are with commercials . very shady . i felt like ive been lied to a couple times now . spend a little less time just desperately trying to sell us shit and more time being upfront about charges . adding on more charges after the fact isnt going to work for me . youll be getting cancelled tomorrow .. thanks for wasting our time . read more

I would leave a ZERO if I could! After being a Verizon customer for over 20+ years, they obviously do not care about long standing customers. On 11/14/25, I traded in my fully paid for Iphone 14 + for a Iphone 17Pro Max and a 512GB Apple Ipad with the promotion. The phone was delivered, but FedEx returned the tablet back to Verizon! Why? A total Screw UP, BIGTIME!! I've been chatting, texting and messaging with these idiots for over 6 1/2 hours! I through with them. They have screwed me and the $8.33 monthly charge is only on my paid receipt. Not honoring it, since my Ipad was returned. I didn't return it. It was a shipper mistake, not mine! Since Verizon or FedEx screwed this up, I need it fixed! Verizon in not capable of any level of customer service. Most of the associates are either brain dead, or just born stupid with low or no IQ! This place totally scammed me... be careful. LIARS and THIEFS. They are just there to sell you services you do not need. The "business manager" LIED to me about what he was doing for me, the appointment took 1.5 hours and he doubled my bill by adding internet that I did not need. These are not "real" Verizon shops, they are affiliate stores that are set up to sell you goods and services that you do not need. I dreadfully stopped by the nearest Verizon store to try and figure out a storage issue, hoping to leave with more space on my cell phone. Instead, I got so much more. Greg Moncado helped me understand my business plan and spent the time necessary to dig deep cleaning everything up line by line. He is so personable and really makes us feel like our concerns mattered! By the time he finished, we left with a big smile and a newfound love for Verizon. We ended up with a billing statement that we could understand ea-month, and we added internet to our Beach house with an added additional Business line so we could have 5 lines and save money by doing so. No one ever explained this to us before. I'm praying that he sticks around, but with the professional skills he demonstrated in our interaction, most likely, he will be promoted fast. However, we are grateful for his help. The store manager, Trenton, even followed up with us to make sure that our box was working at our house on the beach. I will be so happy when they reopen again. I knew that made no sense that they were closing because the store does tons of business in the area and the community really depends on it. It is a very busy store and I will miss the manager Alexis. I hope she gets back soon. We had to get a phone cover and screen protector for my wife's new phone . She was paranoid about dropping it so we went to this store . Dru was really nice sold us a couple of cases and screen protectors . All good to go and very helpful. I'd like to give this place higher stars but I feel as a Verizon customer I am stuck using them without going 2 hours out of my way. First they do not honor Verizon specials. 2nd listen and watch what you sign because there is a restocking fee. 3rd they charge for anything they haveto do like transferred data or applying a protective screen etc.I got a new Samsung had to order it which was fine after it came it.i asked for a.screen protector. It was not put on right and the agent said if the air bubbles dont go away come back well they didn't and I can tell it was put on crooked. I went back and they were going to charge me to fix it when it was their fault. On top of that I did not get my credit for trade in. I got a new screen protector not out on perfect still has issues so I guess for now on it will be worth for me to go 2 hours out of my way read more

I've had Verizon for over ten years and loved it! I'm switching to AT&T in December and cannot wait because of this store. It's a long entailed story like most bad experiences are, bottom line my mom tried to get me a phone for a present they gave me the wrong one and would not take it back because we were exactly 2 days outside of the two week return policy. Even at the request of corporate they wouldn't work with us. Trust me go to the store in Newport they are well worth the drive. Or better yet switch to AT&T it's cheaper and they're a lot easier to work with! read more

We have had Verizon for the past 10 years. We recently switched to a different provider because the deal they were offering was unbelievable. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. In 12 LONG days we went back to Verizon at our local Go Wireless store. The customer service that we received was extraordinary. The gentleman that helped us was named Ali. He spent 2 hours with us going over all of our options and helped us find the correct plan for us. He was knowledgeable, funny and really seemed to have our best interest at heart. The little extra money that we thought we would save is no match to the feeling of knowing that you have someone on your side looking out for you. I try to shop locally when possible, but the next time I need a new Verizon phone, I will shop online or in Portland. I went I last week to upgrade a phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and really only needed to make the purchase and activate the phone. First of all, it was obvious that the crew works on commission, because my salesman discussed his sales for the day with a coworker, right in front of me, which I found unprofessional. The apparent manager was rude and condescending to the sales crew, also right in front of me. So it's no surprise the crew doesn't seem to know what's appropriate business behavior. The transaction took over 45 minutes because they were having technical issues, but also because they kept getting distracted by other customers. Rather then focusing on one customer at a time the salesperson and manager tried to help everybody thus slowing everything down. They all need more and better training. read more

A review is either written for good service or bad. Mine today is to commend the team at Verizon Lincoln city Oregon. To have a team that works hard to satisfy there customers starts with the management and the manager here is wonderful. But this is about the staff that works under him. We just wanted a new phone and it wasn't in stock so they ordered it for us. It turned out that it was out of stock and it was delayed and after it came in there were a few other problems activating it. Nothing to do with this store just technical issues. Everyone at the store that we dealt with went above and beyond to help us. They went out of there way to help and make our new phone there priority. Two of there team in particular I'd like to single out. Austin and Drew helped us threw out our transaction and because of the things that happen that were out of there control, I asked them to throw in an accessory and they agreed. When it came in Verizon didn't approve it so Austin paid for it out of his own pocket. I highly recommend this Verizon store. read more
