Went in to buy a phone outright thinking I'd have no problem with set up. I was very surprised but pleased that I was met right away at the door for assistance. The sales rep was cordial but not extremely friendly. Because I am 65 and my existing phone was an 8 plus and I upgraded to a 15 plus I had problems setting up and had to go in the next day for help. The rep that I worked with that day was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though they charge now to transfer data and assist in pairing devices I relented for the convenience and time it would save me. Kyle was a Godsend. He did everything I requested and offered his personal services (through the company) if I had problems in the future. He is definitely an asset to that Verizon store. never had customer service so bad don't go here! They don't care about customer service here. and very slow.

I remember when I needed/wanted a phone upgrade. They were all over me. So kind and helpful. However, customer service sucks if you have a phone from them already. They didn't help one bit. Each time I had a question I was told I needed to all an external phone number. My main question was about a charge on the bill. "Oh, you need to call financial services." Then the number they gave me had no people attached to it. The phone number I called "actually" sent me a VIDEO copy of the bill I already had WITHOUT talking to me. I called back and talked into a robot and asked to talk to a real person and was on hold for 20 minutes and still no one answered. I wonder if they even have some one that answers the calls? I hate Verizon. They don't care about customers once they make the sale. They sure don't show it. read more

I was on vacation and my phone stopped working and the store had a new one shipped in to replace it. They confirmed twice that the replacement was going to be delivered to the store and then I got an email notice that it was shipping to California. Had to call back and have another one sent that did make it to the store. Very frustrating. People were friendly at this store, just not very helpful. read more
