Imagine a business consistently offering a service and fee for a specific situation every year and then one day you go in to do it again and they act like that has never been done before. I've NEVER been treated this way in this store. I've never seen this manager before, although he said he has been there for years. I walked out of there frustrated and as I walked out, I heard him say sarcastically the name of my non profit account. THAT CROSSES THE LINE! I called him on it and he continued to use the "show me the door" voice. I did not want to make a scene because there were other customers there. JOHN, you need relieved. Your customer service skills are like a state trooper. I have called my business rep and am filing a complaint with AT&T. Totally unprofessional.

Friend from out of town dropped his phone and broke the screen. Looked online for a local repair…read moreshop. All excited to find UBreakIFix about 30 minutes from me. We booked online for 1pm the next day. He drove down there in time for the appointment. Told the repair person was too busy and could not honor the appointment. Was told to come back down the following morning at 10 am and the phone would be repaired by noon. Inconvenient but we decided to do it. Went back this morning, arriving at 9:50am. Went in the store right at 10am. Clerk said the part for the phone wasn't in stock. Would be able to order it for the next day. Needless to say, I was ticked off. Why didn't the tech the day before let him know it wasn't in stock? Spent 2 trips 30 minutes away trying to fix the phone instead of spending quality time with my visitors. Absolutely ridiculous that appointments can be booked online that mean nothing. Then to go back only to find the part isn't available. Horrible experience.
