I am a customer of Verizon, and I went in the store on Ann Street a few months ago to pay my bill. I walked in and there were employees just standing around laughing and talking and no one came up to me and asked if they could help me at all. After several minutes i finally asked if there was someone who would help me and they finally did. The guy that helped was nice and helpful, but to me it's bad manners not to ask a customer when they first walk in the store if they can help. After all, if it wasn't for the customers employees would have no job. Just a word of advice, be nice to your customers please and appreciate them and we'll keep doing business with you. I have traveled to many states and when I have phone issues or questions about my service with Verizon. I can walk into any store and there always happy to help me, even if it's something simple that I could do on line. Today I wasn't shown the Verizon customer service that I received in the other 35 states. The security guard showed better customer service than the lead solution specialist there. I was sent to this location to pick up an item by my company. The store hours online say 9 AM, and I arrived at 9:30 AM. One of the workers opened the front door for two people (Probably workers), closed and locked the door in front of me, walked away after looking at me and laughing, and did not communicate that they needed to open later today. Had my company looked at the reviews before now, we could have bypassed this unprofessional experience by going to a different location. A different worker arrived at about 9:40 AM. Only then was I told by him that they were going to open at 10 AM. Poor communication skills overall. Don't waste your time or your company's time by coming here. read more

Went in, 5 employees with no customers, all 5 kept staring at their phones, I asked one a question, rude response, acted like I was a hassle, loudly yawned at me, so I left. Badly managed. read more

I had an order to pick up at this store---did the order online no problem--got to the store they asked for my order number which was given promptly--had all correct information---THENNN...here is the kicker--they asked for my id of which is presented to them ---the same id i have used to get my employment and banking ..but JUST BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A DRIVERS LICENSE THEY RUDELY...AND I DO MEAN RUDELY..informed me they would not be taking it. Ok fine, I presented my work id (which has name picture and my information) wouldnt take it either. By this time, because the little turd was getting loud with me and other customers were starting to turn around and look and shake their heads about his rudeness. Sometimes these people FORGET it was not for the customers they would not have a job. I left the store before I felt the need to contact law enforcement ..trust me NO ONE should ever visit, go, or contact this store for anything. Period!! read more

The employees working on October 1, 2022 were not the best employees at all. My simple explanation that I have to say is that they were unhelpful and rude to every customer that we have seen in store. Overall they said I had to pay full price to add a line onto my line when I've spoken to multiple stores about this, and just so happen to be in the area. Do not go to this store. read more

I've been to this store twice.... just because it is within close proximity of my work. Never again. Drive to the Prattville store.... it's worth the drive. The store is in an undesirable part of town, and what you get are generally angry, frustrated, significantly under-motivated employees that appear they'd much rather being doing "anything else" other than working. They cater to their typical clientele (which I am not).... and I was subsequently, treated poorly. I came in for a simple phone case. I was "briefly" helped after aggressively hunting someone down.... I was interrupted/disregarded no less than 6 times in a 5 minute conversation, and was finally told "I'll get someone to find that case in another color". I sat..... 15 minutes..... quietly. The rep I spoke with stood..... quietly 2 customers that came in after me were helped first... while I sat there. I eventually walked out empty handed.... right by the rep I originally spoke with. She didn't say a word to me.... ignored me like I was invisible. Welcome to Montgomery's finest. My suggestion? Fire everyone, particularly the management, and procure some Prattville employees to come and train your new staff. I wouldn't suggest anybody going to this store EVER. I was misled about the price of a purchase and the manager refused to let me return the item. Customer service sucks here and the salesmen only care about making a sell no matter how it effects the customer. read more

This store was rude and treated me as a customer very poorly! Customer service was awful, and the manger of the store A.J, did nothing about the rude sales person that was helping me. I was mislead and treated like they did not care about my dissatisfaction and the sales person got an attitude with me and absolutely nothing was done!
