See below- people sleeping in there still weirds me out. Original review: I live close by, and I've been to this location a multitude of times. Most of the time when I go here, it's all self serve. Self-serve copying, self serve computer stations, so I don't very often interact with those behind the counter. When I have interacted with those behind the counter, my service has been pretty good. I had to get a report bound for school, and that was handled very well. However, The last few times I have been there, I'm afraid they are allowing some shady behavior in the computer section. The last couple of times I have gone back to use the computer stations, people have literally been sleeping at the stations. It's almost as though they are allowing vagrants off the street to come in and crash. It's getting kinda shady. If it happens again I'm going to have to tell someone at the store.

The person at the front desk used a tool to open the SIM card slide, and it worked. He told me he didn't think the cell phone needed a battery, but to come back if it started running down faster.
