Very nice woman called to apologize and arrange for payment. Despite the delays, I would recommend.

Well, after completely wiping my old phone BEFORE activating my new one, Verizon determined my property was only worth about ninety bucks. That's the retail value of the case and screen protector I was offered in exchange for their sales associate destroying my property. Everyone makes mistakes.
