They did a great job of selling me on their replacement cord which lasted a grand total of 1.5 weeks. Went back to get a credit or a refund and they told me that I needed to go through the company that made the cord. Treated very poorly and with indifference by the young lady who was supposed to be helping me. It requires a $6.95 shipping and handling fee to get a new cord, so I figured "why bother" since it was a POS to begin with and went straight to Amazon™ where I got a braided stainless cord for more than half of what the POS cost me at this store, better guarantee, and better reviews.
