Instead of trying to sell us anything, they put a repairman, Curtis, on the phone. After what I told him about the refrigerator, he diagnosed it and told me he'd order the part and have it installed in a couple of days. Their service, kindness, and professionalism was impeccable. The refrigerator is humming along for about 7% of what I would have paid for a new refrigerator. Super glitchy, several times a day it pick up ghost taps. On top of that the screen was made very poorly (definitely a cheap knockoff) and cracked within days. On top of that the "gentleman" who fixed my phone insisted I provide my password... creepy. I understand putting a knock off screen on, fine. But dont charge me $150. Thats scummy and un ethical.
