I started raising about 16 years ago I liked my flip phone I started having issues with my flip phone of September 2025 and it's still going on every time I go to a Verizon store I get the runaround they don't like messing with flip phones that smartphones they don't know nothing about them you called Verizon corporate you get a different answer each time you're talking to one of them customer rep as of today on March 14th 2026 time here is 6 :36 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in Ohio I told the last price of customer rep that I'm going to look for a new wireless carrier so if anybody out there could recommend it something similar to Verizon I'd be most appreciated I'm giving it a one-star for all what I had to go through I had to waste my time gas going to different Verizon stores outside the county of Knox in different places called numbers times and I can't get I get the running around so this was the final last straw the last customer rep I talked to today she hung up on me you'd be upset too if you were in my shoes thank you sincerely Tony Smith read more

Oh the land of apologies and unfortunately... is it me or is Verizon wireless trying to lose customers and drive new ones away?

We went in today because my husband was purchasing a used phone and wanted to get it checked out. Guy was rude and was literally tossing the phone round on the counter. I almost wished he would have cracked the screen for the way he was acting. Very rude service. Will not go back to this location unless I absolutely have to. read more

Horrible experience. Ghost town when I first arrived in the store, now explains a lot. "Sales guy" did every up sale trick in the book, but forgot being a sales man starts with getting a sale, not talking yourself out of one. Was talked down to and laughed at when I explained I didn't want a month to month plan to buy my phone, that I just wanted to buy it out right. Asked for the general manager to help with explaining frustrations of the salesman, and get the "solutions manager" that passed as the general manager at the time I guess. She was part of the peanut gallery that laughed at my wife and I when deciding that their month to month wasn't for us. Just a joke of a time. This is a review for Verizon as a whole, not just this location. I have had an account with Verizon for years under my name and my name only. Thy screwed my account up and put my phone number under someone else's name. I was no longer able to access my account or try to change it without that person's permission. All I wanted to do was port my number over to AT&T. Since my number was still being used by me but under someone else's name, that person was able to access my call log and my text messages. They put my security and privacy at risk, which I do not take lightly. It took 2+ hours just to get the number back in my name, and that person has to stay on my account for 30 days before they can be put on their own plan. I'm trying to switch to another company but have to have someone else's phone and bill in my name for 30 days because they screwed up. When I spoke to a manager, they offered nothing to repair this situation. They said they couldn't even give me an extra GB of data for a month. They admitted this was entirely their fault, yet they offered no way to make up for my time and for this horrible issue they created. I am never getting Verizon again after being with them for years. read more
