Curious what's in store for the holidays... Staff was jumping and the line moved quickly which was impressive. Where it all tanked was the UPS associate who helped me. No welcome no greeting. I placed my package to ship on the counter and she irritatingly raised her voice and said,"What! What are you here for to return an Amazon package??" I'm at a UPS store and while I can understand and appreciate you can ship Amazon packages when returning from them, I was disappointed to hear her push out an alternative brand other than her own. Yikes. I gently explained I was shipping a package. She was super frazzled. Not friendly. Not really helpful. I gave her the address of my father-in-law and to her credit, the system was populating an alternative city name with the right zip. She was smart enough to get some support from another peer and then explained this was her second week on the job. We've all been there I get it, however, the intangible experience in any environment is key. Fortunately, he did get his package and loved his Medallion golf shirt. I am unhappy with this experience and have voluntarily shared with other locals to hit up Polaris or New Albany. The next day I had another package and visited one of these other stores. Complete opposite experience from start to finish. I hope with each passing day her experience servicing others improves and she builds confidence for herself. No fun being the new kid on the block including being that paying customer that feels her pain.

Walked in to browse and asked the person working there if they had chargers, since mine is a dud…read morethese days. He asked a few questions before giving me a charger from behind the counter, no price point or anything. That was fine, I wasn't too hung up on it. I tapped my phone without thinking and said thanks, and went on my way. When I got outside, I looked at the receipt and saw it was like $20, which I was like dang, I don't think I want to keep this--I know some chargers are that expensive, that wasn't the issue. Was going to turn around when my partner pointed out NO REFUNDS on the receipt! Even though I had just left...at no point was this mentioned, and I felt cheated. Partially on me for not being more aware, but overall just not a great vibe honestly; would recommend putting up a sign about the no refund policy, unless the whole point of the business is trying to cheat people out of their money.

Fixed within thirty minutes. Great prices, great service. I would go back and recommend to friends!read more

I had to ask her if everything was complete before leaving instead of her saying you're all set. Leaves an ugly taste in my mouth to get such meanspirited service. After telling him two more times that I wasn't interested I told him that I would be more interested in speaking about canceling my membership to AAA. He made it very clear that he didn't care whether or not I canceled my membership or not. There are so many telemarketing calls you never track down who it was that called. This one I did. So I leave go to CVS get my pictures come back 15 mins later to find out "oh, we fixed it". Then this guy proceeded to greet to greet me with "what can I help you with" followed by "yea I'm from anther building I can't actually do anything useful here." So I wait an additional 20 Mins for the apparently the only person of three people who can help me.
