Was extremely happy with the service we received today. We are traveling full-time in our RV and had T-mobile. With T-mobile we were not getting any service in many areas. Decided to try Verizon. The service we received was outstanding! Keannea went out of her way to make the transition enjoyable. She had obstacles and she handled them amazingly well. We went in on Black Friday to get the deals. Employees were pleasant but like the review before me - we were lied to about the promotions going on. Told us it would be $12 a month for one phone and $29 a month for another. Got the bill and one phone is $29 and the other is $45 a month. Called the store - told it was a "miscommunication" regarding the promotions. LIARS!!! Suggest getting it in writing maybe? Anyway I asked what could be done to rectify the situation? "You can return them and we will not charge you a restocking fee." Worst customer service EVER!!! Do not go there - they give you inaccurate information and do NOTHING to fix the situation! read more

The folks seemed nice enough but when the deal was done and we got the bill we realized we had been a victim of fraud. 3 separate times we were lied to and the price and offer we were told we were getting was not what we got. To make matters worse the rep told us it would all be applied to our bill correctly as "that's how we have to do it" so we didn't know it wasn't right until the next day when we accessed our account and saw that we were charged for an additional line we didn't even know about, we were told we'd be credited for the discount on the phone and we only received a portion of the credit and we were told that there would be a trade value that we only received a portion of yet they took our old phone. It wasn't until we called the police department to file fraud charges that Verizon Corporate got involved and fixed the issue. read more

Very, very unhelpful. My phone died and I spoke to tech support and they told me to go to the store and they would order me a replacement phone. Nope, some old lady told me to call tech support off site with another phone. Because of their incompetence and shitty service, my replacement phone is delayed being sent for 36 hours. I work with customer call/support in the health care industry and need my phone at all times. No loaner was provided or offered. this is the crappy way they reward you for being a stupid customer since 2005. Contract ends in 8 months, then hello another carrier!!!! Your employees are incompetent and lazy. read more
