I've been with Verizon for at least 12 years first time I had to go to the store was when I got my first iPhone with Verizon and this was my second visit to the store because I had some phone issues. The only thing that I didn't like is that they took out our name in our situation, but we waited more than 20 minutes until I spoke up and asked how how much longer our weight would be well that's when the manager decided that he was gonna come over and handle the situation himself, which is good because I don't think anybody else would've been able to figure out the situation as quickly and efficiently as he did! You know, patience is always a virtue when you have to be out and handling business the world has become a little crazier so the more patience and the more niceness you have the better things will be the store gets really busy and I'm very thankful that I was able to get my situation taken care of that day and didn't have to buy a new phone or anything else ! The store is very well maintained and clean and very stopped. There are plenty of employees to help you there so if you ever have any situations with Verizon or your phone, you can always stop in at the store and they will take care of you. To Start, Josh, did help me with my Verizon cell phone, the first time I did go in, very "customer service" BUT: I LOST MY CELL, OR MISPLACES IT. These Cell are mostly black in a black interior of a car. I am HABITUAL!! My cell within 12 hours could not be found!! OH DEAR, this is horrid for we do not remember any numbers and I "HAD SET UP WITH VERIZON, FIND MY PHONE!" With having a major panic, everything is on that phone, numbers and texting, that is it! BUT, and thinking, Verizon store is up the street, I will go in with the IDEA, "I LOST MY CELL, FIND IT OR LOCATE IT" for me at the VERIZON STORE! "NOPE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE THAT SERVICE!" "why not?" Left Verizon a couple of years ago decided to come back and got helped by Jake and some other dude that reminds me of Sheldon helped me out. Sheldon dude was great and got me started with my trade in and with my service again we left our phones there the same day. A month or so later I got a notification that my trade in was never received so I came back in because I had left them the same day Jake helped me and spent like 40 minutes just looking for the tracking number for said phones and told me he would call me to let me know. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I had to call again maybe 2 months after because I received a notification that I was no longer receiving my trade in promo because I didn't turn them in. When I called Jake said pretty much that he actually didn't know what to do and that he pretty much wasted my time and that I had to call customer service to get helped. So of course now fustrated I call customer service and even the rep said she was confused on why he wouldn't/couldn't help me so in conclusion if you do come here, do NOT go to Jake he's dishonest, doesn't hold up his word, and very unprofessional read more

Update (4/28/23): Since I don't think I can leave a second review for one business from the same account, I had to average my star rating based on new developments. Unbeknownst to me, my credit report was accessed without my consent to check for eligibility for another device payment while I was in-store. I have no need for another device, and had I been asked if I was interested I would have declined. There was zero communication about a credit pull until I got an account letter notifying me of an adverse decision. I know my credit situation and had no doubt this would be the result, so I just wish I was given an explanation and an opportunity to decline prior to my credit being pulled. Original review (5-stars): After a massive mixup made by the national account support team, I went in to this location to see if they could straighten things out. Long story short, I had closed down a Verizon Business account and switched to a personal plan but my credit balance refund check had the now-defunct business name on it, so my bank wouldn't let me deposit the refund. Cameron (a sales specialist) and the manager Derek at this location were able to figure out a way to convert the unusable check into a credit for my new account. Amazing customer service! I purchased my Note9 here and had them put a Zagg screen protector on it. Recently I dropped the phone and had to order a replacement for the protector. When it came in the mail, I decided to take it back here to have one of them put it on because it can be tricky. When I talked to the woman at the counter she was a bit dismissive and said there is a company store that can do it at one of the malls. I asked if she had the skill to put it on. She grabbed the protector and phone and disappeared in another room. When she came back the screen was in correctly installed. She handed it to me and said I could put a blow dryer on it to warm it up and maybe that would get it to adhere. She was unbelievably nonchalant about her poor work. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at a Verizon. After visiting yesterday evening there was a 30-35 minute wait (not anything I wasn't expecting walking in at 4:30 on a Tuesday), but after watching all of the sales associates finish with their customers one by one and walk into the back room, leaving me as the ONLY unhelped customer in the store I began to get a little frustrated. Heck I even had a CUSTOMER come up and ask why I hadn't been helped since I had come in shortly after them, and they had noticed people who'd come in after me getting helped already. Whatever. I could even see past this. What I cannot get past is the HORRIBLE customer service I got from this short blonde haired "sales" woman. All I wanted was to know my OPTIONS since my droid stopped working yesterday-like black screen completely stopped working (which again I know is a Droid product, so I wasn't even upset about the phone not working...I JUST wanted to know what options I had as to if I should use my "upgrade"-which is a joke in itself- or get a replacement phone). I feel like the original woman I was working with was completely uneducated on the products at the store. Since when do phone companies have one person to help you and a different person to sell you phones....I didn't go to a car dealership, I went to a VERIZON! lol. Really this blonde "sales" girl is what I thought was the cherry on top of my visit. After already getting frustrated that the woman I was originally helped by couldn't just discuss my options and needed to ask her manager every time I asked a question, the blondie comes over. Her tablet stopped working, I made a joke about Verizon stuff not working (since I was in there for a phone that wont turn on) and the reaction I got to my "joke" was this cold, crap attitude followed by some bitchy comment and a dumb stare, at which point (after an HOUR AND A HALF) of being there, I took my broken phone and left. I went in to get a 5g sim card and while everyone was friendly, I was told that activations were down and I would have to come back another time. They said I should use the online support chat to find out when activations were working again, but when I talked to support they were not aware of any outage. I went straight the the Verizon express store on Wynkoop street and they were able to help me immediately. They also had no knowledge of any problems with activations. I would highly recommend going to the Verizon express store on Wynkoop street as they have much better service. read more

An update. I want to reiterate that you cannot trust the people who work in this store. Take your business somewhere else. I returned to the store to in an attempt to get a receipt and to return the defective case. Adam, the manager quickly swapped me out for a defender case because they didn't have a commuter in stock. It's not what I want but it was hassel free and it is a higher value case. As for the receipt, Adam had me write down my information on a post-it note and told me that he would email me my receipt. That was 5 days ago. Still no receipt. I called and spoke to a sales rep. They took my information again and told me they would email me my receipt immediately. 2 hours later after not getting the receipt I called again. They said Adam will call me tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. I tell you, I have never had so many issues with a single transaction in my life. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The woman who calls herself a manager made a mistake when I was into make a payment for a damaged device this January. She ended up paying my bill with the money I gave her instead of the damaged device and then the next month the damage fee was still there because she never applied it. This store has provided the worst customer service experience ever! From the moment we signed up we have been misinformed about pretty much everything. I have also never been given the actual run around from everyone until now! From the general manager to the associate who signed us up who gave us the wrong information about a rebate offer in the first place. I have been trying to resolve our rebate problem since June now and no help. To make matters worse the manager Justin was willing to help at the beginning but once he saw that we were having problems with the rebate he wouldn't answer a phone or call us back even after going to the store numerous times. Went to this Verizon for my first cellphone after 5 years of going without a cellphone. They greeted me upon entry and i was paired with a salesperson within 2 minutes. I worked with Joel who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He was able to provide us with options that met our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we took advantage of all the deals and discounts they had to offer, including a discount through my employer i had no idea was offered! Employees seemed untrained on how to use their system and untrained in customer service. After we figured out they couldn't/wouldn't help, we left. He insisted that we told him that, even though my mom submitted a transfer to remove my line from her account. Why would we tell him that? The personnel at this store are not helpful when it comes to transferring a phone number to another account. Wife bought a phone from Verizon online with a sim in it belonging to the account she was transferring to . She wanted the number transferred from her old phone to the new phone. They took the sim out the new phone threw it away and took the sim from her old phone and attached to the account she wanted to leave and put it in her new phone. Verizon main office was unable to transfer the account then. We had to go back and get another sim for the new phone for Verizon office to attach the account she was transferring to and put the old number on. Well, I went in Verizon with an email stating I was eligible for an early upgrade. As usual, they immediately started looking for ways to get out of it. This seems to be the Verizon way. Customer service went out the window a long time ago. Anyway, this time, things were much worse. The employee left me feeling physically threatened. He yelled at me, threatened to kick me out and stood very close to me, leaving me shaking and somewhat scared. All of this happened when I never raised my voice, never cussed, and never threatened. I was to the point I even thought about calling the police because I was so uncomfortable. I so shocked that anyone would be treated this way, especially with a manager standing there. Customer service is still terrible. My wife and I have come here a few times over the last four years and at every visit we were met with uninterested and impatient customer service representatives. Each time we've gone into the store, we felt as if our issue or inquiry was inconvenient for them. Their responses are generic and somewhat condescending. I had the worst customer service experience at this store. I was using AT&T for many years and was very happy. My old iPhone wasn't working very well so I decided to simplify and use a flip phone a family member gave me. It was a Verizon flip phone so I I Switched to Verizon. After 3 days I decided I wanted a smart phone. Went on line and saw Verizon was offering free smart phone for switching service. I went to the store and the associate I spoke to there was Jessee. On their name tag they go by solution specialist. He was anything but. They wanted me to pay $17 per month for the phone. I told him on line there was no monthly fee if I switched service. Was there 40 minutes trying to resolve this issue. Don't know why they charge $17 in store and $0 on line. I left there very upset and went next doo4,switched service back and bought a new iPhone. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I had worked as a manager in customer service for over 9 years and I have never had the horrendous care that I have had from this location. A little back story: I upgraded to the iPhone 7 plus on feb 17th and the phone went dark not even a full month later. It wasn't dropped it wasn't anything I did it was just a lemon. Unfortunately they of. Purse can't do anything because I'm passed my 14 day grace period and my account had to be paid before they did anything, my payment wasn't even due yet. The sent me out the door so I went to apple who's awesome fix the screen etc. not even a week later the phones carmera stops working and small thing again with this hands are tied. I'll take your money though kind of attitude. I'm so incredibly upset with the way you treat your customers and how we are just a $$$$ to you. Forget the commission for a second and help. I wanted allowed to speak to a manager or anything. They won't even help you set up the phone. If I could mark them negative stars, that would be my preference. The customer service at this location is non existent. I went in with an upgrade eligibility on our 4-line family plan. I picked out a $100 case and requested the iPhone5 32gb, I also explained we wanted to look at our plan and possibly change it to be more cost effective (again this is 4-line plan all contracts expired). The gentleman said he did not have that phone in stock in the store and walked away from me and went to the back to do his closing duties as it was close to that time. I put back my products and walked out the door. I called the manager the next day and explained my disappointment that the rep did not offer to order the phone for me and did not help with other questions. The manager apologize profusely explaining that employee was already on probation, he then proceeded to say call me when you want to come in we will upgrade all of your lines and get you taken care of. I have now called 3 times to set an appointment and each time he has been busy or went to VM and never called me back. HELLO!!! Easy sells! All these rude people want to do is sell you products by lieing and saying anything to get you to buy. then when you get your bill and go in and talk to them they turn into rude, mean tempered people and lie through their teeth.
