We stopped at this location on a Sunday around noon, to return old trade-in phones. There was a line of six or seven people at the front, with very limited seating, as we waited for an hour to get our turn. It took only about five minutes once we were at the front of the line, after waiting for the hour. This was a busy time of day, and there were two staff members helping customers, with a manager, who came out to the floor to work through customers like us with very quick processes. We appreciated this! Overall, a good experience here, I wish they had more staff during these busy hours, but next time I will try to come during a slow period to avoid the wait! read more

I setup an appt to get a new phone prior to heading in so when I checked in I met with a specialist right away. We talked about my current phone, what I wanted, and needed and ended up getting a great deal! I got the 15 and at a great price. It did take about 3 hours to transfer all my things to my new phone so I did leave and come back and still had great service. overall, I recommend making an appointment before going. read more

Terrible customer service. Celeste (the manager) stood around for two hours while myself and a Mother with a new born waited along with other customers. I have spent 14+ hours trying to get my issue resolved through phone support, and in the store. Two associates failed to follow up. That's when Celeste was first brought in. She also failed to follow up with me after giving her word she would. I came to the store three times because of scheduling problems. First one was my fault I didn't make an appointment. So we made an appointment for the following Monday at five. On Monday we show up and we're told by a very grumpy sour faced employee that we're not on the schedule. After a few minutes of him looking very annoyed and asking me to pull up an email we found one that said Thursday. We returned on Thursday to find a very grumpy manager who is not at all sympathetic to the fact that we've come to the store three times and evidently we got put down for the wrong Thursday. Rather than acknowledge that her team might have messed up she just assumed we did. She offered to let me wait two hours to see if they could fit us in. I think I would rather drive two hours to another place if they treated me better. I think what is so frustrating is not that they were mistakes which happen but they really don't seem to care at all about my inconvenience or be open to the fact that possibly their team made a mistake. So I went BACK to Verizon. I had left because of their junk customer service. I came back because leave it to me to me to find a company that's Verizon's equal in the junk customer service dept. AND has no service! So I'm back, first I'm told the wait will be about 45 min because I don't have an appt. So, JAY, makes me an appointment! Monday at 6pm. I am told to get a transfer pin to keep same number. I get that. Show up for my appt at 5:55pm. JAY, was ready for me at 6:20pm. JAY, wants my transfer pin and my account number for the company with shit people like just like JAY does at Verizon. I tell JAY he neglected to tell me to have my account number but that I can get it. JAY rolls his little eyes. I call to get the account number, the entire time JAY, is rolling his eyes, tapping his fingers etc. JAY apparently wants me to know that he is not happy. JAY, is about 5'6" I'm 6'5". JAY knows better than to actually say anything. The person at the company that has matched Verizon in shit customer service but lacks the tech asks me why I want my account number. I reply because I send money every month and I ask for it! JAY has heard enough! As I give him the number JAY takes a calming lap around the store. I guess I "triggered" JAY? After this JAY will only point. He has decided I can't be addressed anymore! This is fine with me, JAY, LOOKS pretty tough! He has his whole neck tattooed. He wants us all to think he is a biker I guess! Although not sure without a running start, how he gets his leg over a real motorcycle. I have to admit his little squeaky voice with the tough guy tattoos is triggering? Is that the word? Me! So any way we are back to the company with shit customer service but the best tech service (hardware, I'm certain the human techs are shit as well) This is not to say they are good, just the best of what's out there. Don't use Verizon!!!! Horrible customer service for new accounts. Went to a store, told me to order our 4 new phones online since the online deals would be better. Ordered online through a 4 hour chat conversation. Took screen shots just in case. What they offered for deals in store and online were not included in the agreement. Did a new chat, trip to the store, and 3 phone calls totalling 4 hours! Still not honoring the offer that I have in writing from the telesales rep. The final straw was getting transferred after 3 consecutive hours on the phone and the guy that answered said he can't do anything and was transferring me back to the department I just spoke to. When I asked to have him email he said no ( with a crappy attitude) and when I asked for his name he hit the transfer button to a closed department.(it was closed because I had been on the phone for so long already) I guess it is better to have bad coverage with sprint then the horrible customer service from Verizon. read more

My experience at this Verizon Wireless was GREAT! We arrived Friday evening and spoke with Max about our options for switching from two old flip phones to smartphones, and upgrading our plan to one of the new unlimited plans. Max was very easy to work with and took the time to really breakdown all of our options to ensure we would be getting the best deal. When we informed him we wanted to think about the options before deciding he was very polite and just asked that we call him personally when we decided. The next day, we decided we were ready to go ahead with switch our plan and phones. We texted Max and setup a time to come in Saturday evening. When we arrived Max was working with someone else, but as soon as he finished he immediately came over to get everything going. The process to switch the plan was so so easy! Max even took the time to help us switch important information from our old flip phones to our new smartphones. He helped us get an accessories package for near to nothing for trading in an iPhone 6 for the iPhone 7. When it came to payment he was able to add some of the new charges to next month's bill to help out on costs. We really appreciated all the time Max took even after the store had officially closed to ensure all of our phones were setup correctly, and for taking the time to thoroughly explain our options before we decided. We have never experienced anyone else willing to take that much time to ensure the customer was not only satisfied but completely knowledgeable about their new purchase decision. In short, if you want to have any chance at getting someone from Verizon to be your advocate, do NOT visit this location. You're much better off calling *611, which is what I did. Background: I purchased two phones based on information from another Verizon Rep, who said I could buy them and keep my unlimited data. This turned out to be false. So, I acted in good faith based off a Verizon Rep confirming false info and was clearly misled. Fast forward to Verizon Grayhawk location visit: I calmly and objectively explained my situation to the Sales Rep assigned to me. She was not helpful at all and in fact, charged me $70 in restocking fees for phones that I had for less than 24 hours. To make things worse, this whole service experience took over 45 minutes (on top an hour long wait queue). She had to go back and forth with her manager multiple times to ask questions. At this point, the manager should have stepped in because this situation was quickly escalating and making me extremely upset. But no, the manager was very unprofessional - not even acknowledging my presence and unhappiness and playing dumb with a smirk. It honestly felt like a sleazy used car dealership. Resolution: I called *611 and explained my situation to the phone rep. He was in complete agreement that I was misled and wronged. He refunded me the $70 and even gave me a partial statement credit for my trouble. He was shocked that the Grayhawk reps "resolved" my situation the way they did. Conclusion: If this is any indication of how the Grayhawk location conducts itself in other aspects of its business, then no thanks. I was on the phone with Verizon for over an hour trying to get my new phone set up. They got halfway through porting my old phone to my new one then we got disconnected!!!!!! Neither phone could make a call so I ran up here thinking the fix was going to take forever. I was greeted and checked in right as I walked in. I received a canned apology from a Verizon PR person saying that the music sound level was in acceptable, and yet when we came back, the music from the Bose wireless speaker was blaring. Workers would be constantly turning it up way to loud. And everybody is having to yell to tLk to their salesperson. We came back because we needed more than 16 GB on our iPhone, but they had no iPhone 5s with 32 GB and no iPhone 6's and didn't expect to have any of those for months. And why does it take so long for everything? Our first visit to the store took 3 hours, the second one another hour. What does the sales performance do when he goes into the back?? I have gone to this location three times in the last month. To see if my bill could be lowered, to purchase a charger, and to replace the charger when it stopped working. The wait time was long due to understaffing, and the manager going into the back room and not help speed things up. Customers who came in after me were helped first, and when I mentioned I had been waiting a sales person snapped at me that I was wrong. Exchanging the defective charger took 45 minutes. Funny how buying it took about 10 minutes on a busier day. Note to management: train your staff better, hire enough workers, and help customers in the order they come in. Oh.My. The best part about this store is there are some wonderful techs. They help, they're kind, they make things easy. But that assumes one is free and you are okay waiting a hundred million hours to be helped even when the store "appears" to be empty. I have been here several times at different times (afternoon, evening, work day, weekend) and it has never been an in/out experience. Who knew you'd have to schedule a whole afternoon just to get your phone looked at! I like Verizon because they offer great coverage. And if something can be done on-line/over the phone then great. I told Alex (Verizon worker) that I had just called and he told me I called a different store. I checked the number I called and I did not call the wrong store. The store has been reset, so nothing seems intuitive anymore when browsing. You see, after searching online for what I wanted, I came in to see the actual phones in person. But nothing seems to be labeled or grouped. And there certainly aren't any prices, leaving you to have to wait for the assistance of a salesperson (to talk you into something more expensive than you wanted). Once a salesperson finally became available, it took a tremendous amount of time for her to tell us what the various plans were and how they would affect our bill. It took us over an hour in the store, mostly spent waiting...and waiting... and waiting...while the salesperson calculated the cost of the only two variations we were interested in. All this to find out that upgrading my equipment would require going to a new plan, which would either cost me $40 a month extra to get less bandwidth than I have now, or over $100 a month extra to get slightly more. Thank goodness they now have ample seating (though not particularly comfortable), as this would have been torture otherwise. So...we left without making a purchase. After many years with Verizon, I'll be looking for a different carrier. read more

If I I was able to give zero stars that is what I would be giving. Not only was this experience disheartening but it was scary as well as insulting. On January 11 my daughter and I stopped at this location 20 minutes prior to close looking for assistance with our service. When we walked into the store we were immediately greeted by employees with looks of disgust on their faces. The manager Nathan then approached us and informed us we would not be able to get help as the store was closing in 20 minutes. We informed him that we had driven a very long way and we're only in town for a short time and we're in need of assistance with our service. Being that the store did not close for another 20 minutes I did not think that would be a problem as there were other customers in the store being helped at the same time. He then got very loud and said we would not be getting help and if we did not leave the store he would contact the police. I then informed him again that there was 20 minutes left before the store closed and that we just needed a little bit of help. He then said if you don't get out now I will call the police and you know what will happen when they get here. Not only do I feel like I was racially profiled but I feel like I was threatened. I would not recommend anyone go to the store especially people of color women of color for that matter who are alone. Absolutely done with this store. Unless you are buying a $1000 Phone, it is not possible to get accurate help. The only thing good about it is that it is located next to Starbucks. Was there last Sunday with a one hour wait time, Dealt with an always smiling as in expression never changed, rude, dismissive female Verizon staff "L" who was outstanding in not helping anyone unless it was the $1000.00 I phone sale. She also said they do not help with questions/problems. I just had to be able to read which was said with a big fake smile and sarcasm. I came to my exact scheduled apt. time and wanted help with my service. I was getting a new phone and over heard that ordering online would save me $20 on the upgrade fee. So the lady told me to do it on my phone and I asked for her assistance but she told me to leave or go sit in my car and that she was going to the back because she had other things to do and she legit walked away after I asked her to help me place the order. So I told the rep next to her and he continued to help me but then there was an issue on my phone as we tried to place the order. It was saying I had a pending order so couldn't make any other orders. No one knew what to do. The rep went in the back to get the previous lady "LUCIA" and Lucia comes out and immediately says "I had to pump" and I just stared at her because uhm cool that's great but you don't leave a customer unhelpful like that. So she continues "I nurse" as if I didn't get what pumping means. And So I said "ok?" Anywho she says she can't help me further which is absolutely insane and I'm mot leaving without getting my phone issues squashed so she keeps asking me to leave and I explain- I need assistance trying to place this order- please help me- keeps asking me to leave and so I say I say I guess call the cops and she says ok I will and then I just continue to sit there and try and place my order. Long wait, no one in a hurry, people going in front of the line and no one cares. Poor customer service.

On October 19th roughly around 4:00pm I went to the store on 147th and Maple after my iPhone 5 broke. I was told over the phone to bring it to the Apple store to get it taken care of (come to find out my apple care had expired even though I was told it was still covered). Apple informed me that I had a bad logic board and my phone would need to be replaced with my extended Verizon warranty. That's when I went to this store (unfortunately). I waited around ten minutes to be waited on while there were more employees in the store than customers and when I was finally waited on to say the least I was not taken care of. I explained my issue to the girl and showed her the paperwork from Apple. Initially she said she could put in an order for an iPhone 5 replacement and it would be sent overnight which was not possible considering it was Sunday. My phone doubles as my work phone and I said I could not goes days without a phone as she then proceeded to make it sound as though it would be sent in to be repaired, again not an option. I pay extra every month for an extended warranty which I have never used. She said shed talk to her mgr (again no idea of a name BC apparently I was not important enough for him to come talk to) and see if there was any work around she could do when I asked if I could upgrade my phone since my contract was almost up. My husbands phone broke and Ben in Papillion upgraded his phone and contract, new case etc without paying an etf. I was told that was not an option, I would only be able to send my phone in and wait a few days for it to be repaired or get a new one. since I cannot be without a phone her only other option for me was to send in my phone, purchase a new phone and add a line and when my phone replacement came in return the extra line which costs a restock\termination fee. Are you kidding me??? I've paid around $200 dollars for a warranty and their solution was to cost me more time and money??!!! The girl was very nice but under what seems to be terrible management is not properly trained. I went to the store in Papillion at Shadowlake and had a wonderful experience with Ben. He hooked me up with a loaner phone while an iPhone 5s was being shipped to me. Not only was I taken care of and treated with respect but he had an instant solution where I didn't have to wait days without a phone. The moral of my story is DO NOT go to the store on 147th and Maple unless you want to be treated like your years of business do not matter AT ALL and to get no logical solution to your problem. I have worked in customer service my whole life and this is one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. Go to the Papillion store, its always busy and I still waited less time than at the near empty Maple location, due to my experience there's an obvious reason the other store is always packed. Don't come to this location! Horrible customer service. The guy who helped me 2 weeks ago on a Sunday did not explain the full details of the purchase of a phone. He also made me pay $365.00 for a down payment when he originally told me I didn't have to pay anything due to having great credit. Second problem was that I never got the phone because UPS came at inconvenient times to my house. I called customer service, called UPS, I also went to talk to a manager at this location and the manager was not available. Talked to a lady who did nothing for me. At this point all I wanted was my money back. The lady told me to call UPS to see where the phone was at; I told her she needed to call. It was been almost 2 weeks and I just called customer service for the 5th time; was on the phone for about an hour this time ; they told me they could not refund my money even though I didn't have the phone and then stating that they already received the phone at their warehouse. I was then transferred me to the store and made me talk to the rep that sold me the phone who ended up telling me I needed to pay a restocking fee. I then spoke to a manager who said I shouldn't pay for that fee but I had to wait for the refund a few more days. To this date, I am still trying to get my money back even though Verizon already received the phone. Lots of time wasted and no one did anything to retain me as a customer; all they care about is sales and they definitely need to train their staff better at this location. read more

Went to the Greyhawk location store and was greeted by a nice young man who was very knowledgeable about my iPhone issues and even took the time to show me an iPad and Verizon tabby. The sales person was great and made sure I had everything I needed. While waiting to be seen, I've noticed half the people could have had their issue taken care of by calling 611 for billing or simply just log into their my Verizon app and make a payment. People who complain about wait times aren't complaining when it's their turn and they are being seen and start asking a lot of questions. I work at a restaurant and I know how people can be difficult and "entitled", so I have learned to treat people how I want to be treated. read more

I asked if I could pre-order in the store and was told no which is why I was stuck doing it online. I talked to a guy by the name of I think Sebastian who works at the office on 147th Maple and he was COMPLETELY rude! He acted as if I was annoying and an inconvenience to him. Why have the option to talk to a representative when they won't take a few min to talk to you. I had several questions which he told me I needed to go online and find the answers there.
